Loved this sweet mountain home right in the middle of Granby Ranch skiing. We were able to ferry folks to the main lodge in less than 5 minutes, and they could ski/board home when they were ready to call it a day and hop into the hot tub! The kids had so much fun watching skiers on the chair lift from the deck/hot tub and enjoying a game of pool in the loft - nice to be in the same space but with some separation. Great setup for multiple families with kids - two king suites on the main level and kids in the basement was an awesome setup for our group. Would definitely like to visit again.

Stayed at Ranch Creek Log House for a weekend with friends. The house is perfect for multiple families. Kids loved the basement. The location is stunning. Sitting out in the hot tub with freshly fallen snow on the trees can’t be beat. House was clean and had everything we needed. Andrew is a great host too.

Brett's place is great. Wonderful neighborhood and spacious. It comfortably fit our family of 5 with a dog, and we would have been able to easily accommodate up to 8-10. It was a bit toasty on the top floor, but definitely better than being cold. The home is dated, but thoughtfully done, cozy, and matches the reviews. Brett was flexible in allowing us to change dates for our visit before we arrived which was great and one of the reasons we picked him and his home. Would definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stephanie and Joe’s beautiful Airbnb, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The property itself is stunning—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the living area was cozy and inviting. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals with ease. Stephanie and Joe went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, as well as helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their responsiveness and attentiveness truly set this experience apart from others. Overall, my stay at Stephanie and Joe’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this wonderful property.

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Wendy's home was the perfect place for our group. We had three families sharing the house, and we had plenty of space. Wendy was incredibly helpful and kind in her communication, and there are so many thoughtful amenities included in the stay that made traveling with kids a great experience. We would definitely come back!

The house and surrounding area was gorgeous and the view was just amazing. The house had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived.

Our time in Winter Park was wonderful and Allison’s place played no small part in that. The resort and grocery store were easily accessible by the free bus and great food was within walking distance. The hot tubs were a perfect way to end the day. While one of the neighbors violated the quiet time policy one night, Allison was very responsive and alerted building management. We had no more issues afterwards. Can’t recommend this beautiful place enough.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat - it was incredibly easy to take the bus to Winter Park for skiing, there is a park across the street with free sledding and a playground for our kiddo and a beautiful trail along a creek behind the building that is perfect for dog walking. We cooked our meals comfortably and easily at the condo but there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within striking distance. We will be back!

An excellent location for skiing at Winter Park. The bus stop seems much closer than even what’s described. The bus system is easy to navigate. The hot tub is very close by and accessible. The condo is modern and very comfortable bed and linens. Solid 5 star rating. I’m picky and would definitely stay here again. Very pleased.

Very nice place to stay for a ski vacation! Close to shuttle, also an easy drive to Winter Park. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. We didn’t get to the hot tub, but close by and looked well used. Had problems with internet connection, but Roger and Sharon communicated clearly about it. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay! This is probably one of the nicest condos at the resort. The fireplace was a nice touch and amenities/hot tubs were nice. Highly recommend!

Condo is in great condition. Very clean and spacious. Location was great near multiple buses to get to mountain. Location was also good due to location to food etc. Only thing you need to know is you will hear the garage. Small thing in the grand scheme of things.

Dale was the best host I’ve ever worked with! He was so responsive and provided amazing recommendations on restaurants and things to do. His home was in the perfect location. Close to multiple ski resorts, restaurants, and other things to do. The house had every amenity you could think of. We felt at home in a comfortable space. The view was gorgeous with the water running right behind it. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here- the house was beautiful and clean, the hosts were very responsive and proactive, and the surroundings are gorgeous. All listed amenities were available, including a fantastic working hot tub in snowy weather. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing hosts with extremely quick response times. The view from the house was breath taking. We will definitely be back! Location is 25-30 min from Winter Park and Frazier and 30 min from On The Trail snow mobiles in Grand Lake. We had an amazing trip!

This cabin was perfect for us. Sitting and overlooking the Colorado River was breathtaking! Cabin had everything we needed down to small thoughtful details. We will be back!

The main goal of our trip to Grand Lake was achieved: to enjoy the snow. We loved our Airbnb, the hosts are friendly and respond quickly, the place is comfortable and warm (cheers to the heater, we were surrounded by snow and felt very warm). The location is great, we found several activities and restaurants nearby. Just a heads up if your goal is to go to RMNP: the roads to the park were closed (we went in March) so there is no access to the main parts of the park from the Grand Lake entrance. However, we found many breathtaking views and a lot of nature in the area!

We had a great, quiet weekend stay! This cozy cottage was so close to the lake, hiking and downtown. It was such a relaxing sweet house and area. The perfect place to close out the season and see some last colorful leaves. the little snafu at check in (not their fault!) was handled quickly and worked out fine. both Tim and Pam were very responsive, accessible and helpful. We would love to come back for another getaway.

This place was beautiful! Tucked away in the trees easily accessible. Natalie was attentive and welcoming leading up to our stay:) The details that were provided at the cabin were so well thought out and added those above and beyond touches to our stay!

It was my second time staying here. I love everything about this place. Sue is super responsive and one of the best host. You’ll definitely fall in love staying at one of Sue’s Cabins.
