Highly recommended! Anne’s place is amazing and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Living room is comfortable, and we love the working fireplace. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spotless and has good strong shower, constant hot water for 8 people staying. We also enjoyed the wonderful garden and the pool room. Anne is also very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for a great and memorable stay!

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend here. The house is ideal for a large group. The kitchen and dining area flow well into the living area. The only thing to note is there is only one proper shower in the house. This is in the en-suite not the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very impressed with the very generous welcome basket of goodies ! This included Prosecco, milk, eggs bread and more ! Thank you !

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a great weekend at stable cottage, location exactly as described, beautiful setting and really comfy beds! The amenities in the place were great and we really enjoyed the log fire in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

Great house perfect for our family gathering & close to transport links that we were using to meet up. Heated pool & hot tub were perfect to use & the large garden with table tennis, trampoline & hammock etc were ideal given the good weather during our trip. Hosts were fantastic providing extra sports equipment for use & were easily reachable throughout & swiftly solved the issue with the pool heater.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender Cottage. Very comfortable cottage with outside space in a great location. Dorchester is definitely one of the nicest villages in the local area. There were a number of places to eat / drink as well as parking and a local shop just a short walk from the cottage. James was very helpful and responsive.

We were delighted to receive thoughtful gifts of food and Prosecco, a lovely touch that made us feel so welcome. Lovely peaceful location and a clean, spacious, historic home. Francesca was accomodating with our specific needs, communicative, and always very close by if needed. We appreciated attention to details such as free snacks and our custom preference for oat milk upon arrival.

Great little house for the three of us, good for comfort, working and rest. Walking distance to the village centre, lovely little village, for a pub meal. Carma has been very helpful and a great host. Clear instructions on getting here and accommodating our needs with our two year old. Very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

The house was just perfect for our long weekend walking the Thames Path with a small group of friends, well equipped, very comfortable and great location for transport and amenities. Thoroughly recommended!

This was a lovely place to stay with very kind hosts. The location was perfect for us for day trips to Oxford, Highclere, Jane Austen’s house and more. The beds were comfortable. The auto-lights/fan in the downstairs bathroom was a little challenging at night if anyone used the bathroom, the fan was loud in the upstairs bedroom. A little tough for light sleepers. We would stay again and found it to be a great value.

I recently stayed at Carole's Airbnb with a group of 9 friends and we had a fantastic time. The house was spacious and well decorated, with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals together (including new additions of an air fryer and grill) , and the outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening drinks. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The location was ideal, close to the local Asda or pub (both 3 minute drive). We could also fit our 3 cars in the driveway. Carole was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, even letting us checkout late. Carole was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb house for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay with a group of friends or family. We had a fantastic time and would come again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay, Jenny greeted us as soon as we parked the car, such a friendly lady, took us to where we were staying and showed us round. everything you could possibly need was there, home from home. It was immaculate. secure garden for our two dogs. Lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants. When we checked out Jenny and her husband came out to say goodbye, two lovely people, felt like we had known them for years. Would highly recommend staying here.

Genuinely one of the best stays we have ever had. We were looking for a peaceful weekend escape from London and this stay was beautiful. A fantastic location to Blenheim Palace and endless walks from the front door. The cottage itself was stunning, the amenities were fantastic and the overall ambience, vibe was above a luxury hotel. I would pick staying here over a 5* hotel. It's also just extra lovely when the listing is exactly as they say it is! Fantastic weekend. We will recommend this to all our friends.

What a stunning cottage! Small but perfectly formed, ideal for a family of 4. Feels more like staying in a boutique hotel and is full of character. The stairs are steep so may be less easy if you have very small children. Woodstock is a lovely village with great pubs and cafes. Helpful information in the cottage about where to visit, eat and shop. Bus to Oxford stops a couple of minutes down the road. All in all a fantastic mini-break.

What a wonderful cottage! I came to stay with my Labrador for a quiet retreat and that is exactly what I got, beautiful location, simply stunning with hills all around, great walks & a lovely little brook/stream running through the countryside. Petra was really quick to reply, friendly and even let me arrive early 😊 I couldn’t fault the property, if you want a true countryside retreat in an authentic cottage this is the plane for you. Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Close to two pubs that provide great food. Close to Didcot for train to Oxford. Very close to the Harwell campus.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dairy. It was a very peaceful location, easily placed to visit places like Blenheim and Oxford. The Dairy was beautiful with lots of very nice personal touches which made it feel very homely. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linens and towels. We loved our time there and looked forward to returning at the end of the day. Jane was very easy to communicate with and made a point of welcoming us. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious and much appreciated. We would highly recommend and would love to return.

This is a lovely place to stay - the house is very cosy with a nice garden for sitting out in the sun. The local area is beautiful and the location means there are great walks straight from the house, with some great pubs to pop into for a drink.

I went with my Girlfriend for a romantic weekend to get some peace and quite, relaxing, and this is the perfect spot. It's situated in such a nice location, with some great walks and quick access to the train station (we spent a day in Oxford). The cottage is very country (of course!) so expect what is common with country houses. It was very cosy to stay in having everything you would need for a long weekend! We cooked there, and it was very easy to do and all the correct tools were available. The host, Lesley, is very responsive and gives clear and easy instructions to follow! Overall; we would definitely stay again if we were to visit the Cotswolds again!
