Rhonda and Tim’s house was perfect for our families on our ski weekend! The location was great and close to ski facilities and great restaurants. We loved the open floor plan on the second floor because it allowed us to all hang out together while we were cooking, eating and playing games. We used the back deck and the grill and everything we needed for cooking our meals was there in the kitchen. The sun room was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun come up. We got snow while we were there and there was plenty of room in the yard for the kids to play and build a snowman. We would love to come back in the summer! Rhonda and Tim were very responsive and every time we reached out with a question they got right back to us the info we needed. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!!

My husband and I were looking to take our dog hiking for the first time. We were looking for a low fuss place because we weren't sure how she would adjust to traveling for the first time. Tarik's place was perfect for us. Tarik and Gabriella are excellent hosts. We arrived late the first evening and they had a fire burning in the stove for us and even helped us get it started the next day. They were very flexible and non-judgemental. The farm house was a cute mix of vintage and hippie with great amenities (two bed, two bath, washer/dryer, full kitchen, fenced side yard, etc). It's a new AirBnB and Tarik and Gabriella genuinely cared about our stay and improving the stay for future guests. The location is great (close to Crozet, Charlottesville, Shenandoah NP) while still being very remote and peaceful. I highly recommend staying at the farmhouse if you're looking for something more laid back and non-traditional.

Beautiful setting in established neighborhood within short driving distance to local amenities. Walked around the home and enjoyed the hot tub and private setting.

Amazing stay! The home was stocked with towels, coffee pods, dishes, cookware, etc. The hot tub was lovely and the location was perfect for our weekend ski trip. We hope to be back soon!

This house was amazing for our group of 16. Plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms (important for such a large group). Incredible amenities and loved that there were so many places to hang out all together (game room, living room, patio). Also a fantastic value compared to other places we looked at. Close to wineries and breweries, and unbeatable views.

The perfect getaway for my children and me!!! Close to Wintergreen. Quiet, private and very inviting!!! We skiied during the day and hung out at the house during the night. We had to hunker down to avoid the rain. The house was great. Lots of inside games. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of consumable items, paper towels, garbage bags... and has all the cookware we needed. We had a great weekend... I will return!!

100 Stars!!! ⭐️ We reached out to Jessica (owner) and Cindy (host) about booking a stay on very short notice after losing heat at a separate Airbnb - in the middle of some very cold winter weather. They were immediately responsive, kind and so welcoming of our family of 4 and senior pup. They happily accommodated our short notice. Cindy arrived ahead of us to get the place warm and toasty while her husband cleared the snow from the driveway - and even had welcome goodies upon our arrival to-boot. The home itself was spotless. I have stayed in many wonderful airbnbs, but this one was by far the cleanest. We felt right at home and spoiled with the beautiful views of the fresh snowfall and creek in the backyard. So much heart and attention to detail - our son loved the touch of bean bags in his room! Could not recommend enough and we hope to come back for another wonderful vacation!

Leora's place is one of about 8 rustic cottages around a small lake adjacent to what appears to be a dairy/cattle farm. (One of the cows found a way through the fencing and wandered peacefully around the cabins 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there! There is a beautiful 2.0 mile loop walking trail around the property, as well as free use of canoes and mountain bikes. It is very beautiful, peaceful, and pet-friendly! There are a number of nice hiking trails within a short drive. We visited in March when it got quite cold at night and in the early morning. There is a good natural gas heater in the main room, and a portable plug-in heater in the bedroom (both worked fine, esp. after I figured out the controls on the latter unit). The cabins are said to have window AC units when needed, but they were not in evidence when we were there, nor were they needed. Leora was very welcoming and responsive & we highly recommend her place!

The place was immaculate in terms of being clean. It was very quiet (the cabins are roughly 30 yards apart). Probably the quickest responding host I've ever had. There wasn't much to do due it being winter and their being a storm but walking the loops was beautiful. We came here to be off the grid, peaceful weekend away and that's what we got. We especially enjoyed the location In relation to activities, nothing Is more than a 30 minute drive. The only negative thing I could say is the beds being a little uncomfy, but it's a cabin in the woods not the Marriott so it's understandable. FOR FUTURE GUESTS: **I'd recommend arriving before sunset just because the roads are windy and there isn't a bit of light on the roads themselves**

Perfect cozy stay! Cottage was very cute with a view of the creek below. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils/dishes to make some bread, and there were puzzles, games, books, and magazines. The fireplace was the best part of the cottage, and it really made it feel like the perfect getaway. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and simple, and it was peaceful and quiet.

We loved the location, Crozet is fantastic town, try the pizza place. We headed over to Shenandoah and took an eight mile hike. There are 40+ vineyards in the area. The cabin is small and basic, clean and cozy, grounds are nice.

Great location with lots to do on the property. Really appreciated the recommendations for the area and being able to venture out for a day trip to Charlottesville. Very peaceful and serene location for a rejuvenating nature getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is spacious, with lots to explore. It is quiet, private, and feels like a real getaway. The staff were attentive, generous and very communicative. We explored the property with our two dogs, who also had a great time. The cottage had plenty of space, was clean, had great hot water, comfy beds, solid heating, and everything else we could have wanted. We look forward to coming back!

Really valuable spot… Amazing views, very peaceful setting, and very responsive host. Highly recommend and we do plan to return!!
