Thoughtfully provisioned, super clean and GREAT location central to everything. Very comfortable bed (and best pillows in any rental), private and peaceful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful home with a beautiful view, especially from the top deck & the hot tub. We traveled to Shenandoah NP for spring break, and it was an amazing time. Our co-host Charlotte was awesome, very kind, and responded to any question we had in a timely manner. Would love to return during the summer months to visit all the breweries! Highly recommend this home!!

We have become regular visitors to Roudy’s Retreat; it’s something we look forward to when planning vacation time every year. The cabin is miles above what we could ask for, and our Jaclyn is always so helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house is very spacious and offers so many amenities—including a fire pit and hot tub and plenty of toys and games to keep our kids busy. We can relax on the deck with our coffee and enjoy the peaceful mountain mornings. And it’s located within an hour at most to a number of great attractions, like Crabtree Falls (only 15 minutes), a fishing pond, Natural Bridge and Lexington. My family and I highly recommend giving this place and try, and we look forward to returning again!

Our group stayed here during a weekend of skiing! It was so nice to come back to this cozy cabin and play games or relax in the hot tub. There was everything you needed in this place. Also, Candice was very friendly and flexible when messaging her prior to us staying. Would stay here again!

This cabin was perfect for a secluded weekend getaway. Right up the road from a ton of breweries, vineyards and restaurants, the amenities were fantastic (wood burning stove, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor, hot tub) and the Mountain View’s were beautiful. We hope to return for another visit asap.

This Airbnb in Nellysford, VA, was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. The house was immaculate and exactly as described—beautifully maintained and so comfortable. One of the highlights was discovering a small waterfall at the end of the walkway, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise! The only downside was how short our trip was because I could have stayed much longer. It was truly a reset for the nervous system! I would absolutely return and hope I get the chance to visit again soon!

Love Ridge Mountain Lodging really was wonderful! A perfect, private getaway for relaxing after a long day skiing at the nearby Wintergreen Resort!

This cabin was beautiful! The interior was gorgeous with elegant and quality furnishings. The house was well stocked with many items which was so nice. The views and setting were stunning! Every window and door gave you majestic views of mountains and wildlife! The porch as AMAZING as was the fire-pit! To top it off there is a trampoline which I enjoyed channeling my inner child all with Mountain View’s! The hiking trail was exceptionally well done which we enjoyed. The hosts were amazing in responses and help and the welcome touches were so appreciated. What a way to celebrate retirement! We will be back!

Beautiful house that is even larger and specious in person than on the photos. We had two separate families with 6 kids between us with tons of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need. The TV had access to Netflix, Peacock, Hulu and Disney, which was a special treat for the kids. The house is only a 5 minute drive from the Mountain Inn at Wintergreen. The house has huge windows with beautiful sunrises and a view of the slopes. The driveway has lots of parking, but it is very steep. It snowed just before we arrived and it requires 4 wheel drive just FYI for anyone traveling! Overall it was an amazing stay and we can’t wait until we can come again.

Spent New Year's with my husband and two Yorkies nestled deep in the woods, and it was everything I hoped for—and more! The property is surrounded by towering trees, offering a sense of tranquility and seclusion that's hard to come by. The bed deserves a special mention— it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! We spent all three days hiking some of the best trails and relaxed comfortably watching TV in the evenings with a nice glass of Malbec. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat where you can reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort, this Airbnb is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you Jerry and Chris.

I had a great stay! Such a cozy, safe feeling in the quaint cabin. I found it extremely relaxing and I was able to decompress. The surrounding were also very peaceful. I had an amazing view of the sunsets every night. All the appliances worked great, including the stove. The check in and out was extremely easy and all of my communication with the host was very friendly and responded to right away. I hope to be back, thank you so much!

Couldn’t recommend enough! A perfect place to disconnect and spend time surrounded by nature and fun loving farm animals. Will be returning for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Deanie’s place. It was beautiful. It was comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds and linens were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool, the view and the people! Everyone was just wonderful. I highly recommend!!!!! Also, don’t forget to get on the list for breakfast. We were only there two mornings, but the food was very good and my family is still talking about it. I hope to return there again in the near future.

There is no reason not to give this place 5 stars. what a great place and location. The place was clean and well equipped. And very dog friendly down to the poop station outside. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely impromptu weekend stay at the Bear Creek Cabin; time filled with doing nothing, feeling the sun, sitting with no agenda with our pups, and only the sounds of nature. Nelson co. Vineyards and breweries are super close, easy drive for an afternoon pint + pizza at Blue Mountain Brewery. Easy communication, easy walks, great sleep - all in all a perfectly easy escape that we’d gleefully recommend.

Large home, perfect floor plan for our group of 4 adults and two children. The home was only a 2-mile Drive to the Wintergreen Resort. We were able to spend all day skiing and then heading home was a short 5-minute drive to a relaxing evening at the house. The dining choices were limited, we ate most meals at the resort which had three or four different restaurants. The home is well kept and had all the amenities we needed.

Cook's Cabin was perfect for our family and large enough to accommodate all 10 of us. It is a very clean & comfortable home, which was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was also very family friendly with plenty of activities for the kids. Heidi was a very thoughtful host and there were ample supplies of all the basics. She even included everything needed to make s'mores at the firepit, as well as hot chocolate mix and candy canes. We will definitely book with her again.

The house was great -- comfortable, clean, and attractive. Deborah was very personable and thoughtful. I had mentioned that we were in the area to attend a baby shower and she left a card for the parents-to-be. Very thoughtful!

Alex and Elise are such awesome hosts! This was our 3rd time staying in their beautiful home and we have never had any issues. The house is beautiful and always in such pristine condition. The views are amazing. We always feel so welcome, even before we make the trip! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ben’s place while snowboarding at Wintergreen! Little did we know we were going to get a foot of snow during our stay, which restricted us from driving. Luckily the cabin is in walking distance from the resort so we had no issues getting there! When we let Ben know about our driving concerns, he sent a snowplow so we were ensured to get back home when we expected. Overall, the stay was absolutely perfect. Coming back to Ben’s cabin after a long day of snowboarding felt like a reward within itself. I highly recommend you stay here!

The cabin is set in beautiful surroundings. Perfect way to disconnect from work and from real life. This cabin is so much better than the pictures. The pictures do not even do it justice. Absolutely amazing cabin and land!

Such a cozy retreat! We absolutely loved this home and how warm and inviting it was! We will be back!

The cabin seemed small from the pictures, but had more room than expected. Everything was very clean. Lots of areas to sit, and a well-stocked kitchen. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful. We ended up leaving early because one of my kids was sick and she gave us a partial refund. She by no means had to since we paid a non-refundable rate so we appreciated the gesture.
