Winterthur : locations de villas de vacances

Merci à André pour sa réactivité. Un très bel endroit, à 30 minutes de Lucerne et 40 minutes de Zurich. Nous étions 2 couples, avec 2 enfants de bas âges et nous avons pu profiter.

We rented this place for an 18th birthday celebration, and Tülin was very cooperative. The villa was just like the photos (if not better) - super spacious, beautiful interior, and full of relaxing and enjoyable amenities like the billiard table, sauna, and grand piano. Tülin was a wonderful host, she was super friendly and proactive with the communication. We had a 10/10 experience all around!

Netter Empfang, System hatte scheinbar die Kleinkinder bei der Buchung nicht an Vermieter übermittelt. Nach kurzer Irritation, sehr flexibel darauf reagiert. Wir hatten Haus für Familientreffen (3 Generationen) gemietet, war ideal dafür. Sogar mehr Kinderstühle vorhanden als wir gedacht hatten. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gut gepflegt alles. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (wir waren mit Auto unterwegs). Wenn man etwas "kritisieren" möchte wäre es lediglich, dass der schöne altehrwürdige Holzboden laut knarrzt ;) Haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

We hebben er genoten van het huisje. Heel goed onderhouden. Rustig, mooie omgeving. Tim is een hele vriendelijke man, bij problemen konden we bij hem terecht. Wij gaan zeker terug naar daar. Een aanrader!!!

The host Maria Holz is a nice lady, we met her on the first day and the last one. The house was perfect for our needs. We were a big family so each part of the family had the pravity it need with the fun of being together in one place. The best part is the waterfall that is just near by.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort! Der komplette Prozess von Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt selbst war einfach und problemlos, auch der Host war stets erreichbar. Auch bei der Ausstattung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Wir hatten das Alte Forsthaus für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Familienkreis mit 3 Generationen gebucht. 10 Personen haben im Haus übernachtet, ein Teil der Familie kam tagsüber dazu. Für unseren Zweck war die Villa perfekt geeignet: etwas ganz Besonderes für einen besonderen Anlass. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, durch die vielen Gemälde und Skulpturen hat man das Gefühl in einer Ausstellung übernachten zu dürfen. Sowohl innen als auch aussen gibt es flexible Möglichkeiten 15+ Personen an einen Tisch zu platzieren. Wir waren je nach Wetterlage zum Essen im Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten, auf der Terrasse oder im riesigen Garten - jeder Platz hat einen anderen Charme. Durch die Raumaufteilung über 2 Etagen + Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, so dass alle unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt werden konnten. Frank ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der Fragen sofort und mit hilfreichen Fotos beantwortet hat. Kein Luxushotel, sondern Juwel und Ruheoase!

Frank has certainly earned his super host designation! He answered questions before our stay, was very responsive and even offered us a late check out which made our departure much more relaxed. The house is wonderful, in a very peaceful setting next to the forest, but also close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities at the house, including a charming pool, ping-pong table, outdoor space for dining and lounging, and ability to cook and grill. Beds were comfortable and lighting great for reading. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a happy stay in the Schwarzwald!

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

Amazing! We stayed for a week (April 2025) and the place was incredible. Exactly as advertised!! Great house, plenty of space and immaculately clean on arrival. Well stocked kitchen, fantastic pool and hot tub, and rapid responsive host. We loved everything about our stay, thank you. 5 stars plus!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für ein Wochenende mit Familie oder Freunden. Geräumige Küche, Bäder und Zimmer. Vom See nur durch die (nicht störende) Bahnlinie getrennt, tolle Sicht, sehr grosser Spielplatz am See, Therme und Innenstadt fußläugig erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely comfortable stay. Raymon was very responsive and accommodating. He helped me into the comfortable room, showed me around his beautiful place. The place overlooks a cow farm and lots of greenery so it’s beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean. Parking on the street in front of home. Easy to find. Far enough from the noise of but still close to the city.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ramon’s home. He and his wife were super kind and provided some wonderful suggestions on what to do while in Zurich. Their cat Yumie, welcomed us shortly after we were settled in. They had coffee available and their home had an amazing view. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis van Jan en Tine. De ligging is fantastisch met uitzicht richting het dorp en bossen. Er lag sneeuw en de zon scheen. Sprookjesachtig mooi! Het is op loopafstand van winkels, het treinstation en het centrum. Het huis is in het echt ruimer dan op de foto’s. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 6 volwassenen en hadden genoeg plek om niet op elkaars lip te zitten. Vragen werden door Jan en Tine snel en vriendelijk beantwoord.
