every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos, a large, beautiful, authentic log cabin in the woods. The setting was quiet and beautiful though conviently right off the main road. We enjoyed cross country skiing, ice skating and a sleigh ride in Jackson (about 30 min away) and shopping in North Conway (about 20 min). Eileen made sure we were plowed and shoveled regularly during the snow storm so we enjoyed curling up by the fire and watching a movie on the large tv. My mother in particular enjoyed all the vintage decor which brought back childhood memories.

5 stars across the board would stay again !

Great place to stay, we appreciated the snacks and bottled water! When we reached out to Angela for help (we accidentally locked ourselves in the basement while doing laundry, lol) Angela responded within minutes and sent someone over immediately to help us. She was a great host and the house is perfect.

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Great spot for a ski weekend at Sunday River! Lovely home with nice attention to detail and amenities!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was great again. The seating area off the main living room and kitchen was open this year and added a lot to our stay. Had a great week. Definitely recommend!

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Funhouse was absolutely the right place to stay. Mountain was literally right down the road. I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want anyone else To find this gem(I know selfish)Amanda(host) was very accommodating and answered any questions I had for her. Perfect spot to have a ski trip. Enough room and bathrooms for larger groups . I’m definitely coming back. Thanks for having us.

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying at the tree house. It’s right on the water to offer that camp feel yet also has a blend of that modern, small and cozy feel. Staying there was great, the house had all the basics one could need which helped make our stay that much easier. Unfortunately the weather was overcast most of our stay so we didn’t have a chance to fully enjoy the lake front view and dock, but our one moment where it was warm enough to jump in the water didn’t disappoint. Wish we had more opportunity to spend time down by the water. We’ve been to the Rangeley area before but this was our first time staying on this lake, we were also able to hike bald mountain and drive up quill hill in rangeley. There is plenty of spectacular views in the area and plenty of things to do. Next time we think of staying in the area we will certainly have this place in mind. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Found this home because we needed a place with EV charging, but super glad we landed here! Wonderful home in a wonderful location (and it has 2 EVSEs!). I like the 1 bedroom strategy…that makes a ton of sense for providing access to a home when full utilization is not needed. The superbowl on a 85 inch TV with a Sonos arc system was fantastic!

Fabulous house for three generational annual family ski trip! Easy and short commute to Sunday river- private bedroom spaces- lots of towels! With great hot tub! Several communal spaces for gathering( pool table, game room and living room with tv and games- created lots of wonderful memories! Thank you

Annie's place is a clean, well kept older home. We really appreciated her accommodating our early check in, so we could be on time for our tour. The home is well stocked with linens and towels and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown with delicious restaurants and shops. Our family was happy to each have a bedroom to sleep comfortably, and having air conditioning as an amenity was very helpful in our decision to stay here. Thank you Annie for your suggestions and hospitality for our stay in Rockland :)

This was the perfect spot to rest, relax, and get away from it all. The spacious kitchen and open floor plan allowed us to prepare meals while having comfortable conversation. Each bedroom was spotless and welcoming while the hot tub was perfection. Eric was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Everyone left feeling very relaxed and happy. Thank you Pam and David for sharing your home!

This place is located within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, distilleries/breweries and shops. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and loaded with amenities. I am always disappointed when there is only one bath towel per person, and there was a closet full of extra towels. So many thoughtful touches: coffee pods, organic teas, snacks, bathrobes, and more. I will definitely make this a first try booking on future trips to Portland!!

Just as described! Very clean. Far enough to feel private but still close to grocery stores, shops, and nearby towns! Lisa is great at communicating and it was a seamless process! Had a wonderful new year’s getaway!

We had an excellent stay at Mariella’s place. The cleanliness stood out to us and was much appreciated. Mariella was very accommodating and there for any questions or concerns. We felt right at home. Her home was in great location of a neighborhood for comfort and privacy while also be very convenient and a short ride to downtown Portland. I would recommend her home.
