The best cost cabin! We had such a lovely time! My partner and I booked a weekend stay for our anniversary and to take the dog away for his first trip. It didn’t disappoint! The cabin was clean and homey, heating was on when we arrived so it was cosy when we got in and had everything we needed for a much needed relaxing trip! Alan was lovely, greeting us when we got in and was very responsive when I had any questions. The walk for the dog was lovely and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Deffo will be staying here again! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming cottage. The space was perfect for our group to catch up and recharge our batteries together. The interior was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace going one evening. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after our days exploring the local wildlife - we saw ducks, geese, and even some deer! The cottage had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home. On our last day, we walked up to the local pub for a delicious Sunday roast lunch, which was a perfect way to cap off our relaxing weekend. I’m so glad I booked this Airbnb for our family getaway - it was the ideal spot for us to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

We had a lovely long weekend at Anna’s Coach House celebrating my mum’s 60th with my family. There was something for everyone including our 3 toddlers. Grounds were beautiful & the house smelt lovely & clean. Anna was very responsive & helpful during the lead up to the stay as well as during our stay. The only slight negative myself and my guests had was that upon booking we had expectations that some things would be included in the price as it was shown in the photographs (hot tub, extra fire wood,electric charger for example) but these were all at an additional costs that we were unknown about when originally booking. There were a few logs but didn’t last more than half an evening. Apart from this everything was lovely & we would recommend Anna’s Coach House.

Lovely stay at Gillian's place. Its a lovely setting and worked perfectly for us. Whilst we did not spend a whole amount of time there, the time we did spend was great Great comms from Gillian, great info at the house too.

Had a lovely stay at the Woodpecker cabin! It was really a peaceful stay, with beautiful surroundings and the contactless check-in added to this secluded feeling. We managed to see lots of wildlife (barn owls, pheasants, hares etc) and enjoyed the relaxation in front of the firepit and in the hot tub!

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

We had a lovely stay at Quail Cottage, plenty of space for the children to play and run around in the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for exploring the north Norfolk coast and Jane’s recommendations for places to eat were spot on!

Beautiful bungalow well furnished, good temperature from underfloor heating. Beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, shower great. Only cooked one meal but appliances worked well. Parking superb, outside space very user friendly. had a great weekend. (Local taxi firm was great as well)

Beautiful location about 20-25min walk from the centre of Wells Next the Sea. Te barn was beautifully furnished and was lovely and cosey during the chilly evenings. Exactly as described, with some lovely supplies of bread, milk, apple juice and jams left by the host. Perfect location for a relaxing time away with the dog. Highly recommended

Great cottage in Docking, really good area which was nice and quiet. Cottage had all the amenities we needed, great little welcome pack for the dogs. One of our dogs loved the bed and dog blanket provided :) Would recommend for either a couples getaway or family. We will certainly be back in the future! Thank you very much!

What a fantastic place. Beautiful location and completely peaceful. It was lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening with the sun setting. The perfect place from which to explore the wider area, unfortunately I didn't have chance to but would love to return one day and do so. The inside is completely as expected and has everything you would need to be self-sufficient.

A beautiful and very cosy cottage in a lovely little village. Elizabeth was fantastic from the moment of booking, really friendly and helpful. The hamper was a really nice touch and bringing treats for the dogs was very thoughtful, they definitely approved! Ample parking, very easy to check in. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. Reclining sofas, very comfortable beds, a great shower. Well equipped kitchen. The garden was perfect for our dogs. There was not one single fault with our stay and I was rather sad to leave! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you so much 💕

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.

The house was perfect for our Christmas break, bringing together three generations of adults. There was plenty of room for us all to be together, and also to find a peaceful space apart, if we wanted to do different things. The house was very comfortable and was extremely well set up with everything we needed for our stay. The under floor heating kept the house very warm and cosy. The bedrooms were generously sized, with comfy beds and the huge bathrooms were an unexpected treat! Our dogs enjoyed the secure garden and the playing fields at the back of the house were handy for quick walks. There was plenty of room to put their beds out of the way and the staircase was very handy for keeping them downstairs! The local pub, The Hero, was very welcoming and the food was delicious. We enjoyed lovely walks from the doorstep, aswell as short drives out to local beaches, pretty market towns and nearby Holkham Hall. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

We had a great stay at Steve’s place, it was exactly what we wanted.

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

Absolutely breathtaking setting. Staying in the Potting Shed we were completely immersed in peaceful nature, but just a short walk (or golf buggy ride!) from the pool and sunset mound (highly recommend heading there for sundowners).

Beautiful lodge, very comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend, Gillian sent us lots of info which was very helpful. Thankyou for being a great host and sharing your lovely holiday home.

We had such a fantastic stay at Coot Cottage, beautiful place with fantastic amenities (stand out being the pool which our daughter loved!) We’ve already recommended to family and friends and will definitely be back again to try one of the other cottages!
