Lovely place to stay, so peaceful and super comfortable bed with lovely hot tub, will definitely come again

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

We stayed at Forestry Cottage to celebrate both my girlfriend’s and my son’s birthdays, and it was truly the best place we’ve ever stayed! The host went above and beyond to make the weekend special—decorating with banners, balloons, and even surprising us with a cake. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they messaged us on the day of arrival to say we could check in early and, on the day of departure, told us we could stay as long as we liked, making the experience even more relaxing. The hot tub was a massive hit with the kids and was spotless, having been freshly cleaned between guests. The whole stay was comfortable, welcoming, and beyond our expectations. We can’t wait to return in the future—highly recommend!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Great location for a stay in Holt. Parking hot tub and welcome hamper all an added bonus. All as described and would highly recommend. Really cosy cottage great stay.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

We had the most wonderful few days in the Cart Lodge. Beautifully decorated and clean. Peaceful surroundings but easy to get to local towns and attractions. Claire was really quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. 100% will be staying again in the future.

Liz's country cottage was truly a perfect hideaway for our long weekend getaway (Mar 28-31, 2025). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and tidy everything was, both inside the house and throughout the grounds. The property itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly as advertised and even more charming in person. The location is stunning, providing the perfect peaceful countryside setting for a relaxing escape. We had an amazing 4 days here, and the comfort and beauty of this cottage played a significant role in making our stay so memorable. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail throughout the property was evident. I would highly recommend Liz's cottage to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a beautiful location. We hope to return again soon!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

Wonderful cosy cottage with everything that you need. A warm welcome from Liz! Thank you for the scones, cream, jam and milk! We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed lots of walks with our dog. Would definitely recommend!

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here! So cozy, quite and exactly what you need to just get away Beds are comfy, so clean, kitchen has everything you need, log fire is a great bonus for cozy nights Can’t wait to come back!!

I booked Pip's place for my elderly parents whose neighbours are doing some pretty heavy building works. They needed a bit of peace and quiet. Pip's was perfect. She went out of her way to look after them and make their stay super comfortable and I am very grateful. I am also looking forward to visiting myself in the future as it looks absolutely lush 🤗 Thanks Pip 🙏

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.

Yvette's house was cosy and just what we were looking for a small dinner party and as a base to explore the Norfolk coast line.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

What a unique and quirky air b'n'b. Never stayed somewhere with ruins in the grounds that I can see from the bedroom window. So nice to stay in an unusual property that had all the quirks we love, but is still warm spacious and inviting. Fiona was very welcoming, positive and on hand when you needed her.

**Review for John's Cottage:** We had a lovely stay at John's Cottage! While we did experience a brief issue with the hot water, it was resolved incredibly quickly. John was prompt, helpful, and made the process of getting everything back on track super easy, so no complaints here—things like this can happen, but his swift response made all the difference. The cottage itself was wonderful. It was stocked with a beautiful welcome basket, which was a lovely touch. The inside was spotless, and the appliances were easy to use. For families, there were plenty of drying racks, which was really convenient. We also loved the private garden, which was perfect for relaxing in peace. The location was absolutely beautiful—couldn’t ask for a more picturesque spot. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend it!
