Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Lovely stay, me and boyfriend was in the area for Tulleys Farm Shocktober festival, and wanted to make the weekend out of it. We did a hike on Saturday which was beautiful and then ended up in the Fox pub which was so warming and casual, then off to the festival later that evening - all in all a very humble weekend. And staying in this lovely home made it even better!

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

Me, my wife and our 3 boys loved our stay here. Only a few minutes drive from Legoland the place was easy to find and very close to a Harvester restaurant and local shops. Ed and Sophia were friendly and responsive to any questions we had, and our kids loved the house. would definitely recommend staying here.

Janet is a great host. This was my second visit as I had a work trip in the area. I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean, quiet space with a friendly and helpful host.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

L'accueil était chaleureux, et Mara est bienveillante et attentionnée Seul petit bémol : l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre de Londres, nécessitant environ une heure de trajet en voiture. Mais pour ceux qui recherchent le calme après une journée en ville, c'est un bon choix

This was a stress-free stay in Esher, close enough to the downtown area and activities, perfectly located. The flat was comfortable, very clean, and the bottle of prosecco was appreciated! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely apartment right on Church Street with amazing views out over London. The place was clean and has a really comfy bed and decent TV and speakers. Alex couldn’t have been more helpful and seems a great host. 100% recommend.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

We spent a week at Wim’s place, and a few things stood out. Wim is a warm and excellent communicator. His directions were very clear and useful, and he made recommendations for local activities as well. He’s very responsive and it was very easy for us to get in touch with him anytime before and during the trip. The location is fantastic! 2-3 minutes walk from Leicester square station, and with plenty of walkable streets and things to do! The apartment itself was very practical and very nicely stocked. We really felt at home coming back to the apartment after busy days of walking and sightseeing. If back in London, will surely book it again!

We loved our stay. James was wonderful, helped us find a pub still serving food when we arrived late from the airport. Much appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Easy walk into Henley. Would definitely stay again.

Enzo and his mom are incredibly helpful and friendly. When we faced issues with the electricity, they would help us immediately. They are also very caring and did their best to ensure we are comfortable and satisfied with the stay. They are super generous with food and would sometimes bring down pizza for us. Thank you for having us and we had fun staying over! We would book again if we are staying in London! ❤️

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

Deborah was PHENOMENAL!!! It was an absolute joy and privilege to stay in her beautiful home in Hampstead. She is a seasoned and passionate host who loves getting to know her guests and curated an experience tailored to our interests. Deborah went out of her way to give us local recommendations, make restaurant reservations, and commuting tips. Her home is elegant, cozy, and very clean with several accommodations. I’m looking forward to staying with her when I visit Hampstead again in the future.

Fiona was so pleasant throughout our stay. Our breakfast conversations were amazing, and she always wanted to help us however she could. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out. Thank you!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

It’s a beautiful little place, so peaceful and a full English every morning is a brilliant way to start the day, I thankfully had amazing weather the whole time too. They were lovely hosts offering a very generous tea on tap, the room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious There are beautiful pubs either side about 3-7mins out by car but worth mentioning that very few things other than a petrol station are walkable due to the country lanes hosting 40-50mph without pavements All round it was a great escape and very friendly experience.

I travelled 4 hrs away to visit this beautiful place cottage was extremely clean, high ceilings with beautiful beams and not even a cobweb in site…was blown away by how immaculately clean it was lovely little town visited the crown pub for a meal which was lovely, the people are so friendly lovely little touch with the breakfast, toiletries were even provided absolutely worth the drive and the money…amazing hosts very helpful me and my partner will defiantly visit again but for longer thank you to Gilly and her husband 😊

Patricia's house is lovely. My two teens and I stayed in three rooms at the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms very clean. The house has lots of historical features and is nicely decorated. Patricia made sure we had a great breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cakes and croissant. Polesden Lacey is only a 30-min walk from the house and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunity for long nice walks. Nice spot for visiting this part of England.
