Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

This great house for a large group or families. Excellent common area with comfy bedrooms, an excellent kitchen, and all the amenities. Highly recommend.

We took a big group to Antler Mountain and it was the perfect place for us! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was especially nice! The home and the surroundings were very beautiful! The home does not have central heat, and we got very cold the first night, but once our host was able to send someone to fix the gas stove that had not been working, we were very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was so cozy! The beds were very comfortable and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus! Easy to access and only a few minutes from the hot springs and other great shopping and restaurants!

This home is GORGEOUS- the inside is beautifully styled and decorated. The outside and views- WOW! It is on 35 acres and the views are breathtaking. Kathy was so helpful and kind with any questions and checked on us during a big snow day. This home is now one of our favorite all time trips and we are now planning to come back for a summer stay. If I could give 10 stars I would- it was wonderful. We cooked dinner several nights, the kitchen has all you need! The bedrooms are great and the loft was my favorite space. Everything about it deserves an A++++.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family, teenage kids and a baby included! The homes amenities, decor and furniture are upscale! It stayed warm in the home and the indoor garage parking is a huge perk during the cold months! The river and scenery are incredible! The only negative part of our stay was disposing of trash! You have to take it to the local grocer and it is a huge hassle when you are vacationing and need convenience! The morning we left the store wasn’t open yet, so be mindful of store hours, you pay to dispose of it and the bin is locked! Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

South Fork is an amazing place, and the house was set up for a family fun-filled time.

Perfect location and setup for a great family trip. Easy entry, quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from stores/restaurants/hot springs etc. Walking distance (100 yards maybe) to a park with tennis courts / mini golf. 40 minutes (on a little ice) to Wolf Creek. 5 minutes to Walmart for random groceries or things we forgot. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom / bathroom area; kitchen was stocked with all necessities to make quick breakfast/dinners between long ski days. Washer/dryer is a MUST for us, to avoid packing so much clothing & going home to a full day of laundry. Had a minor issue not being able to use the TVs at first since the remotes were missing / mixed up, but host was responsive and kindly found a solution for us. Kids were happy to watch a movie in the evening while parents were able to clean up / do laundry / pack lunches for the next day. My only regret is not booking just one more day at the end…. Vacations in PS are never long enough! Thank you!
