The Twisted Spruce

The Twisted Spruce was perfect for our stay. Easy to get around and we loved being right on the lake and watching the birds in the morning. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay here next time I am in Kodiak. Amy was a great host and made everything super easy. Thank you!

The place was one of the cleanest I've stayed in! Brian is an amazing host. Very responsive and informative. The house is well stocked with everything you need aside from food. Even sent some fresh fish home with us! Well worth the money.

Cope Street Harborview Apartment #B

Repeat Customer here, I've spent 2 weeks here in both Sept 2023 and 2024. Great location to walk to Brewery, Cidery, Coffee Shop, the Harbor, food trucks and prominent restaurants in Kodiak. Little to no traffic. This is a great place for you to base out of and explore. When we stay, its myself and my fishing buddy. We occasionally have local friends swing by to visit and hang out for an hour or two. Our host Laurie, delivered us another chair to make it more comfortable for us to spread out and visit so we all didn't have to sit on the same couch. It has been mentioned in other reviews there is an apartment upstairs, and yes when some is there, you can hear whoever is there when they move around. For us it wasn't a deal breaker, I never heard anything during the night. The place is clean, has a great deck to drink your coffee and watch the boats move in and out of the Harbor. Book it.

We were in town for work and Manuk’s property was a much more comfortable option than the local hotels and having a kitchen was a huge plus. The place was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

A Mill Bay Beach Escape - Spacious Home

Really enjoyed our holiday stay! They decorated the house for the holidays which was so nice! A very comfortable home with lots of sitting area, great views and a big, nice kitchen. Wonderful views of the bay from the windows too!

Sometimes you stay at a place and it's a real pleasure to write a review. This is that place. I just loved it. It's not palatial and the floor's a little wonky in places, but it's super charming, the bed is really comfortable, and despite its size has plenty of space where it counts. Also it was very clean and there were some really nice touches. I was surprised to find coffee and 'fixins', a few sweet treats and breakfast bars, etc. It also looks out over the harbor and is a 5 minute walk (or less) to the marina and downtown area. I really appreciated that it was easy to find and check-in was very straightforward. I'd be happy to support this Airbnb again!

We were saddened that the hot tub was not working. So could only give them 5 stars…We had a great time. Local information was very helpful. Caught fish, got to see fox & even a bear. Would definately come again. Thanks so much for sharing your quiet cabin in the woods.

Puffin Place - Minutes from Downtown

We had a wonderful stay at Puffin Place! The home was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a last minute booking, as we had some unexpected travel plans change, and Stephanie was extremely communicative and helpful in getting us all booked and the home ready quickly- thank you, Stephanie! We appreciated everything! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Marion is a 5 star host. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was pristine, stocked with goodies and a wealth of information. Marion shared tidbits about the area, recipes and local lore. I would highly recommend her place to anyone I know visiting Kodiak. Thank you Marion for such a wonderful experience!

This home was terrific. It had all the comforts of home for our group of 7. The kitchen was completely outfitted! Clean and with lots of spaces for different activities. We loved the cute “towel clip” idea for towels, and the linen closet was stacked with beautiful, fluffy towels. Plenty of coat hooks in the entry. Very nice.
