Its a pleasure to stay at this place. Host provides clear instructions and guidelines to reach the property and responsive to answer questions that I asked. Looking forward to book again next time I visit Surabaya for sure

The room was just like the pictures and super clean! The host was really responsive too. I accidentally left my sleep gown after my first night, but decided to stay another night, they washed it for me and picked it up at the front desk. So nice! They had coffee and tea available, and everything was working great. Plus, there’s Netflix and good Wi-Fi. The only thing was that the sheets weren’t changed for my first night. I hope they get switched out for future guests for hygiene reasons. Other than that, everything was perfect! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Thank you!

I Stay in Adriel's place for 3 nights. I like that the space is clean and located in high level. the best part for me it is have dirrect access to the shopping centre.

Willy and Grace(co-host) did an amazing job and did make sure that we were taken care well throughout the stay. A compact and cozy studio unit to relax and unwind.

Доминик заботился о нашем комфорте каждый день, он помог нам со всеми вопросами быстро и надежно. Сами апартаменты имеют рабочие места, отличный вай-фай, удобную кровать и кухню со всеми удобствами для приготовления пищи. В квартире очень приятное освещение. Lingkungan yang tenang, fasilitas cukup lengkap mulai dari perlengkapan memasak dan makan, perlengkapan mandi, layanan hiburan, mesin cuci. Selain itu, ruangan terawat dan tertata dengan rapi. Host sangat ramah dan informatif mulai dari fasilitas yang disediakan hingga rekomendasi kuliner sekitar.

Keren, mudah dijangkau, apart baru, host sangat ramah membantu, saya memerlukan setrika langsung disediakan. Pengalaman menginap selama 2 malam yang feels like home 🫶🏻 fasilitas di apartment juga cukup lengkap. Akses mudah. Untuk hanya hanya kurang air mineral saja juka untuk 2 malam. Mungkin bs disediakan 1 galon kecil jika tidak ada dispenser.

Beyond the very well decorated property, the host was so kind, humble and gracious. Any issues that came up it was addressed immediately. Sometimes it's not always that everything went perfect that makes a place great it's how the people handle things to make it better when issues arise. the price was comparable with the facility. but thats more than enough for me that need a room only for take a break after having my great events at 12.30 am midnight.

We really liked the place. It was perfect for our little family. The rooms are big and the living room is nice and cosy. The kitchen was not complete for our needs though, cause we like to cook. Otherwise it was great. Ibu Shelva and her staff were good people and helped us a lot. Also when there was a little problem when we checked in. We would like to come back one day :)

I had a pleasant stay in Surabaya. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and located in a strategic area near malls and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and provided a great place to relax after exploring the city.

Host is really responsives. All the staffs within the apartment are really helpful. The location is pristine and near the city center. Parking lot is tight but the security staff always helpful. The driveway are a bit confusing at first. Furnitures are kinda out of date but clean. Unit is spacious. The light in the bathroom could be improved and the lock could be repaired. The bathroom drain kinda clogged and hot water is not instant so have to wait a bit between baths. Yet still a great place with great value. Asking about extra blanket at night and woke up with a few extra blanket at the reception by the host. Thankss a lot!

The admin was very responsive and instructions for check in was very clear. This apartment was so luxurious, from the lobby, the hallway until the room. We had a problem with the sink and a handyman came right away after we contacted the admin. My family really loved to stay here. Thank you so much!

Nice place to stay! Full complete 3BR unit with all amenities you need, and also karaoke machine set for the entertainment! Easy access to the biggest mall in the city. I will consider to stay here again in my next trip to the city!
