Julie is an outstanding host! This house is perfect for any getaway. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and STUNNING outdoor area with a gorgeous pool. This is 3 FULL baths and 1/2 bath!! Two kitchens! Two family rooms! You had space! It made you want to relax! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance you would need. It was private. You could really escape and get away. Woodbury and the surrounding towns were jampacked with things to do. There were many places to choose from to eat. Such a variety from steak, seafood, pizza, and American fare pubs and other specialty restaurants. Lots of variety/antique shops, flea market, wine/liquor stores, convenience stores. Just a short drive into Southbury you find more shops, antiques, restaurants, bigger, grocery store, etc. We also drove to a few other neighboring towns. All under 45 minutes. Friendly people! We had a wonderful time! Price is fabulous, house/outdoor area is A+ value! Thank you Julie!!

I was in the area because my father had a stroke. Mark was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His brother and mother both helped me tremendously during a very challenging time! What an incredibly kind, compassionate and caring family. The house was adorable very well stocked convenient location with a beautiful walk to the river! Highly recommend.

Jarret was extremely helpful and friendly. The house was exactly what we needed. I will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m in town.

A beautiful home- super comfortable and spacious. It is outfitted with everything you could need. Peaceful location (we stayed in spring/winter- can’t speak to what it would be like in season). Lovely views. Easy to get into town by car (3-5 minutes!). Host was excellent - responsive to any questions or inquiries

A very comfortable place for a large group to stay. We had 9 and everyone had a comfortable bed with only one couple sharing a massive (california?) king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and glassware. (As always with any house rental, if you want to cook, bring your own knives). Huge dining table fit us all with room to spare. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone to hang out in while breakfast was being made by 2-3 people. Convenient off street parking. Easy on off to the highway. Very clear instructions on how to get in. This is a large, three storey home that's been nicely touched up and improved. The wood floors are beautifully redone--what look to be original wood floors. The bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. The place was spotless, uncluttered, and the perfect temperature when we arrived.

This place is beautuful inside and has every ammenity needed and Ben is the perfect host. I highly recommend his place!

This home was so nice to stay in, it was perfect for my fiancé & I and our frenchie who enjoyed running outside in the front yard! My favorite part definitely had to be the king size bed!! Even though we both work from home, it was absolutely hard to get out of bed every morning lol. The area was just right, quiet & peaceful. Walkable too! Overall, this was the perfect place to stay until we made our way to downtown Stamford to move into our new apartment! We both felt well rested staying here :) ❤️

Noel was an incredibly gracious and friendly host, providing us with everything we needed for a great stay in her apartment. The apartment itself is so cozy; we particularly enjoyed the library room and exploring the hundreds of titles Noel keeps there. I would recommend Noel’s apartment to anyone that is making a trip to New Haven.

A beautiful home, filled with everything you need for the perfect stay. Our family needed to check in early and they responded so quickly and were very accommodating to our needs. Would def recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

For my first time in New Haven, Jackie's place was perfect. I needed a place to stay for a conference and it was perfect for what I needed after an early morning flight. They were very responsive and helpful, and their space was clean, quiet and spacious.

We spent 10 days in this apartment and it was a great experience. Shelley was very proactive and communicated everything clearly, the apartment was easy to find with clear checkin instructions. We really liked that they had a baby bed and high chair, which made it easy to travel with a kid. The apartment was very clean and the location was great, in minutes to East Rock and the old campus. Overall, a great experience that we really enjoyed

My stay here was fantastic. Everything was easy, I felt welcome and right at home. The space was great - private, clean, perfect. She was so kind, helpful, and responsive. This was right near the beach and it was so nice. Will definitely stay here again. 100% recommend! Thank you for a great experience!
