The place was nice, clean, and new. Easy communication and very flexible. If you're 8–10 people, the sleeping arrangements are fine, but the living room and kitchen with dining space are a bit on the small side—though this is not hidden in the pictures.

A lovely peaceful retreat, clean and bright. The welcome hamper was a real treat. Beds were incredibly comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the sunshine watching the yatchs in the distance. Highly recommend Sonya's challet. Sonya was very responsive, even letting us know the property was ready for early check-in. We'll definitely stay again.

This is the second time we've stayed at The Pretty Fox, and we loved it--again! It's a very cosy house that has many historic features, and Wanda and Tom make you feel completely "at home." It's also a perfect place for walking into Diss, which is a great little town. We highly recommend this home.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The cottage is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. It is very comfortable and really clean, with good amenities. It is by the church which gives a lovely view, and is very close to the town centre with a good variety of good restaurants. I can especially recommend Meze Grill Turkish Restaurant - booking is recommended, certainly at weekends when we went. All in all, Hermione's cottage is a lovely place to stay, and recommended.

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

2min walk from the high street, secluded behind a small row of shops. No parking on site but easy walking distance not far from the place. Pristine condition, peaceful at this time of year. Text message the day before received with all information to help locate and access the accommodation, meant I didn't need to contact the hosts. Lovely stay

The place was very clean, homely and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location, with 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute into the local town or the park. Perfect set up / layout for a 1 year old and a dog. Laura was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Thank you!

Superb place for an overnight stay , I’m cycling around Suffolk/ Norfolk and I was allowed to bring my bike into the room which I very much appreciate. Teresa was a great host , friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble 😀 . Loved the power shower !! Highly recommend and the restaurant directly opposite is brilliant. Thanks very much 👍

We had a lovely stay at the Wolf Inn guest house. It was spotless and the location was great! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

This place is gorgeous. It’s spacious and has everything you need. There was plenty of fire wood to keep the fire going the whole time we were there. The hot tub was ready and hot, absolutely gorgeous even though it was freezing outside! We went as sisters for a chilled weekend away and it was perfect. We would all recommend and visit again. Sam was responsive and gave recommendations for local places to check out too. Thank you.

I could not recommend this little den any more. It has all you need and a few more little touches to. Very happy with it. Great price, well worth it. Host was very private and you didn’t even know you were in someone’s garden. I shall be back. Thank you.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Gils place was really lovely, it was very cosy and done out beautifully (my partner even took home some ideas!!) Suzy was very approachable and made our stay very easy. Love that this also supports MIND,a very worthy charity. Thankyou x

Interior space exceedingly well planned and furnishings comfortable. Excellent value for money. Being on a busy road was a negative point as was the smallness of the exterior space. However neither spoiled our stay and I would emphasise that the positives far outweighed the negatives and the hosts were very nice, so we would recommend

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
