This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

I appreciated the quiet and private area of the space. Alone with the view of the animals and wild life. All essentials of the kitchen and bathroom were available. So grateful of how knowledgeable you all of items that may be needed. Every location we needed and wanted to go to wasn’t far at all. Thank you Bethany and Family!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Luxe Loft is a special place. Very quiet and relaxing and is very close to a paved nature walk trail along a peaceful flowing creek which was great for walking our dog. Located perfectly close to town to have fun shopping, eating, or having a drink while list to a local band play yet far enough away to be very quiet and relaxing. Don’t miss this place. It’s great!

The location is great if you want to be able to walk to popular downtown restaurants and shops. There is a lot of parking on the street in front as well. Beds are comfortable, there are three TVs and lots of local information provided. David was very responsive until the hurricane hit and we lost Internet! There is more of a neighborhood up the hill, so it is a little isolated, but that means that it’s quiet. For two unrelated people, we were very happy that we chose a place with two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The extra bathroom space was really useful. Thanks David!!!

I stayed for 3 nights at the studio and it was great. The place was easy to find and instructions were very clear. It was clean and comfortable inside and had amazing views all around. I especially enjoyed the bird bath right opposite the bed and was able to observe lots of local birds and their antics. If you are into nature and birdwatching, you'll be very happy here. The room got surprisingly hot through the day even when it was cool and breezy outside so keep that in mind. I think Tracy provided a table fan somewhere but i just kept the door open and it helped. The mattress was kind of uncomfortable for me and i wasn't able to sleep very well but that could be personal preference. I like my mattresses to be on the harder side. The sink in the bathroom was half or quarter size and I bonked my head more than once on the mirror lol. I wish the sink was full size but for a studio, may be that's normal, I'm not sure. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property. The house was cozy with fun decor and we had everything we needed. Susan and Keith were excellent hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them and finding out more about the area. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely 1bedroom with lots of charm. The large diamond tub was a highlight. As was the super comfy bed. The cherry on cake was Whole Foods around the corner within walk-able distance.

Gabrielle and Eric were incredible hosts even in really difficult circumstances. During our stay hurricane Helene hit NC and there was a lot of flooding and trees falling. As with a lot of NC the water, power and cell service went out but Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure that we had food and water and light. The entire area was affected including their own home but they still checked in with us and kept us updated on what they heard about the situation and had the culvert to the cabin rebuilt on the same day. Aside from the events the airbnb was lovely. It’s modern inside with sizeable rooms and more than enough space for the three of us. It was clean and warm and well stocked. We had our toddler with us and she had a great time with the toy box provided. We also really appreciated the high chair and children’s cutlery/crockery provided.

Our stay at "Tranquility in the Mountains", was very tranquil. It was quite dark when we arrived Saturday morning. The driveway and entry were well lit. We entered the code on the keyless entry and were in with no problem! The unit was very tastefully decorated, fresh, and clean with a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and super comfy bed! All of the amenities of home. Kelly and family live above the unit, so we would hear movement at times, but this was never intrusive or a bother at all! I highly recommend booking with Kelly, and would like to visit the Asheville area again. I wish we had more time to chill in the mountains and explore this interesting city. Thanks for your hospitality Kelly. The welcome basket was a nice touch!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, very clean, and came with great amenities that made our trip super comfortable. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area. Angela, our host, was super friendly and made sure we got checked in smoothly. She communicated clearly and was just a text away if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

This is such a beautiful place & the split backyard is perfect for privacy & my dog loves it. highly recommend this location & Jennifer is the absolute best host.

Place was better then expected, nice to have the little extras (coffee, pancake mix with syrup and oatmeal). Slept like a baby in the bed and we are buying the same pillows lol. ( wife’s idea) Thanks again for the great communication Highly recommend

We absolutely loved staying here! It’s private and peaceful, a great location and exactly as described. We loved having the fence for the dogs and a private hot tub! James and Netty were so communicative, we would recommend staying here to anyone looking in Asheville!

This was the perfect weekend getaway. So many beautiful sites to see and a very peaceful town. Great food in the downtown area. Private backyard and the hot tub really topped it all off. Denise and Jimmy were friendly, polite, and super easy to communicate with. I would absolutely book here again in the future.

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. Frank and Peter made our visit so comfortable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay in Asheville. They were quick to respond to messages and kindly greeted us upon our arrival with a quick tour of the space. They were so welcoming to our dog, and they left such thoughtful gifts for all of us! The space was very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed. The beautiful neighborhood was easy to walk around with our dog and great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops were a close and convenient walk. We were in town for the Asheville marathon, and we had everything we needed to make the race weekend easy and comfortable. It was also SO nice to be able to enjoy the hot tub afterwards. We will definitely come back again!!

This was a great place to stay for my fiancé and I and our three doggos in tow for our engagement shoot. Even though it was downstairs from the host’s main living space, they it felt super private! We felt right at home. The host is super nice and responsive and everything was clean. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after our engagement shoot and gave us some nice time to relax with each other. Easy access and everything felt super cozy! We would definitely stay here again if ever coming back to the area :)
