Cecil is a great host, and his apartment is a peaceful getaway with a view looking towards downtown and the mountains. Everything is close by and there is a farmers market right below on Saturday’s. He was very responsive and accommodating, with a wealth of local knowledge.

Thank you so much for the really nice place for the night and the local recommendations for dinner! I will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Asheville!

This was a great place to stay for my fiancé and I and our three doggos in tow for our engagement shoot. Even though it was downstairs from the host’s main living space, they it felt super private! We felt right at home. The host is super nice and responsive and everything was clean. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after our engagement shoot and gave us some nice time to relax with each other. Easy access and everything felt super cozy! We would definitely stay here again if ever coming back to the area :)

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.

Loved our stay!! The house was adorable and had everything we needed. When we arrived I was flustered trying to help my young son get to the restroom and didn’t properly read the directions and couldn’t find the front door but Bill happened to be walking down the street and helped us, he was so nice and friendly! As a family of five with three young children my husband and I slept in the smaller room which was pretty tight for two adults but is a great size for two kids! Two kids shared the larger bed and one slept on the day bed, she reported that it was very comfortable! We ate at Nine Mile across the street at Bill and Lisa’s recommendation and it was AMAZING! We would definitely stay here again!

Kelsey's apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was super convenient to get to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsey was very friendly and included clear instructions on how to arrive at the property and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Definitely would use this spot again for our Asheville visits!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was quiet and private with great luscious views. You can hear the babbling brook from the second floor porch and great hot tub. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The town of Hot Springs has a few nice restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop to enjoy. Lots of hiking nearby with Max Patch being a highlight. We had a great time, and will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. It provided a comfortable and quiet weekend getaway--and was about 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. (Highly recommend Jettie Rae's Oyster House!) And it's only 6 minutes to the NC Arboretum, which provided great hiking trails for us and our dogs. Michael is a very accommodating and responsive host and instructions were very clear. Would recommend.

I had two bad experiences while in Burnsville. 1. I was stopped by the local police as I was driving 41 mph in a 35 mph zone. Six mph over the speed limit is typically something the police would overlook, based upon my thirty years of law enforcement experience. So, if you plan visiting or driving through Burnsville, make sure not to exceed the speed limit. 2. Our party of three, all over the age of 65, stopped at a restaurant for breakfast. Shortly after entering the establishment we knew we were not welcome as six locals sitting at the counter continuously stared at us. Also, one of the locals arose, and stood motionless directly to the front of our table, with his right hip facing our table. On his hip was a holstered firearm. Also, none of the four employees offered us coffee, water, or took our order. After approaching a waitress to ask for assistance, she turned her back to me and walked away. We left the cafe after ten to fifteen minutes of being ignored.

My friend and I had a great time staying here! It was such a beautiful location and the condo was so clean and relaxing. Tina and Mike were responsive and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The location is great—there’s so many parks and trails within the community, and even more outside. Perfect place to relax and get some amazing Mountain Views!

Had a wonderful stay at Rebecca & Austin's condo! Beautifully decorated condo in a great location with all of the amenities you could ask for! Rebecca & Austin were very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. Will be staying here again when I come back to Asheville!

We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice an private area ,very quiet very pleasing. We reallyed enjoyed the hot tub.

This place was very cute and right by a ton of shops, restaurants and the Biltmore. Caroline was a great host and I’ll be staying here again next time I visit Asheville.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Erika's home is an oasis of nature, luxury and tranquility all rolled into one extraordinarily beautiful setting. The Eyrie is cozy, comfy and immaculate: soft fleecy blankets, warm polished wood, a porch that feels like heaven. This is a thousand star home. Within its quiet walls are wonderful books, vintage mountain musical instruments, and stunning views. You'll never want to leave the Eyrie. And on top of that, if you do venture out for the day, the nearby town of Burnsville is rich with awesome books stores, fabulous restaurants, the best farmers markets, galleries, and antique shops. Erika's communications are always clear, unobtrusive, and gracious. She is the best in every way and so was my second stay in her home. I'm eagerly planning my next visit. The Eyrie is prefect! Hat's off to Erika.

My friend and I came to Asheville for the weekend to attend a wedding at the Restoration Hotel. Kristin's place couldn't have been more perfect. It is located in downtown Asheville and within walking distance to everything you could need. We had a 5 min walk to the hotel. During our downtime, we explored the downtown area. Lots of wonderful restaurants, specifically Early Girl Cafe and Tupelo Honey. And right downstairs is a great little place to grab a Poke bowl. The condo was very spacious, clean, very comfortable, and in a great location. I felt right at home. Thank you, Kristin, for hosting us. I definitely plan to return to Asheville. Kathi
