We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The place looks exactly like the pictures (clutter free) and the waterfall shower head was definitely a perk. The back porch was by far our favorite spot for morning coffee. Easy key pad access in and out. Great restaurants and staff all around! I would highly recommend Kevin’s place to stay.

We had a great time! Beautiful spot to relax and also so close to restaurants, breweries, and hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the patio. If you bring a dog, make sure they are on tick meds because we found a couple on ours after walking around. Had a very nice time and wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a great place! It is a basement apartment but has its own outside private entrance and incredible deck that faces a natural area. There is little to no noise that we heard from upstairs. I would say this place is best suited for a one person or a couple. My daughter said the bed in the living room isn’t very comfortable- but I was quite comfortable in the bedroom. It has a fully stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. One warning- try to arrive during the daytime. It was very dark at night and the road is narrow and winding and I had some difficulty finding the house after dark. Other than that our stay was great!

The house is very beautiful. Clean and lovely decor. It was definitely like a luxury stay with all the amenities..The bathroom even had a overhead heater for after showering There is a charge for the IR Sauna. Overall Amazing!! I will book anytime I'm in Asheville and it's available.

We were beyond impressed by our stay at Sharon’s Place. Gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains with a large patio to enjoy. The place is decked out in high end furnishings and blackout curtains and it was a cozy and luxurious home away from home. Had everything we needed and just steps from the walking path around the lake and the gift shop where we got lattes nearby. Host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Absolutely intend to stay here again!

This place is a blessed jewel! We in the area to hike Chimney Rock, and DuPont forest to see the waterfalls and see Pretty Place. It was close enough and the perfect place to end the day . I wish we could have stayed longer to book the spa and eat lunch in the beautiful restaurant.This place was more than we could have hoped for.Everything was superb. The cleanliness of home and property, beautiful heated pool , fire pit , jacuzzis, the house was spectacular, bed was perfect. Kevin and daughter were so kind. I have stayed in Airbnbs around the world and this is definitely one I hope to be returning to in the future! My new favorite resort

We loved staying here! The house is extremely clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and had ample room for our group to spread out and have communal and private space. The hot tub, sauna, and game room were fabulous bonuses! The hosts are so proactive. Great communicators! They checked in on us multiple times and we're so responsive to any questions or requests. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return to this house!

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Great location, 20ish mins to west Asheville. Place is exactly as pictured super comfortable we didn’t do much outside the house because it’s that nice and peaceful. The 3 decks are great the deck off the master is awesome being able to watch tv and have the fireplace on. Beds are comfy and everything is well put together decor is definitely Hygge. The place is so well stocked all you need is your deodorant, every bathroom has qtips cotton balls bandaids master has extra toothpaste toothbrush hair clips you name it. Kitchen has everything air fryer blender spices pots pans everything! Everything has a QR code if you don’t know how to use it just scan and watch the video. Probably the only Airbnb I’ve stayed at that literally says at check out you have to do nothing! No load the dishwasher or take out trash, finally a cleaning fee that’s worth it. So much thought and consideration. I could keep going but I won’t have enough characters. Thank you!

I book a lot of large homes for executive retreat venues around the country. I’ve yet to find one that compares this one. The attention to detail, communication, professionalism, location, and comfort can’t be beat. I’d you need the ideal property for a large group, from inside to outside, you have found it.

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

We had a great vacation! We go on a mountain trip every year with friends and this was the best house we have stayed in so far. The yard was amazing with the river steps away. The house was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for 3 families. Christy was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We are already trying to plan a time to go back!

I’m not sure only a few words will do justice to the home. But I’ll try. Kitchen was stocked to the hilt with everything I could have to make amazing meals. Air fryer, coffee maker and all the syrups and creamer a coffee snob could need! Outdoor amenities worked great and were fantastic fun. The indoor games were so great. I traveled with 4 teens that enjoy their downtime but also enjoy staying busy and this was the perfect place for them. The only downside is the neighbors down the hill did a lot of four wheeler maintenance and lots of barking dog overnight, but honestly that’s not even in the hosts control and didn’t keep us from having the best time ever. We wished we could have stayed another night and will definitely do this again.

we stayed for three nights at Brady's place and loved every moment. the location was the best part, we were close to everything going back and forth from downtown Asheville was super easy. the neighborhood was beautiful, walking distance to several places to eat. we would definitely stay here again thank you for hosting us!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The other houses were reasonably far away from it, so we never heard the neighbors at all. The games were fun, and the hot tub and sauna were first-rate. It was about 18-20 minutes to every place we wanted to go, but the roads and driveway were paved and easy to navigate. I think the only things that future renters might want to be aware of: 1. the keycode works only on the top door, not the bottom door, which is what you initially drive next to. 2. the king beds were foam and very, very soft. 3. the very nice gas grill needs to be lit with a lighter. It was a great house and we'd happy stay again.
