Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

I can’t say enough great things about this absolute gem! This place was decorated so cute and very well stocked . Every little detail well thought out for a perfect stay! Very nice neighborhood and walkable to restaurants and bars . I will definitely be back . Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

I had a great stay at Brooke’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was very responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth. Loved the cleanliness of the space and would definitely stay again!

This property was very clean, well equipped, and Carrera was responsive and even checked to see if we needed anything. There were coffee pods which we appreciated. The house is in a very walkable area and convenient to downtown . Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful experience staying at this property and working with Meghan. The house was beautiful, clean and convenient to Keeneland and a number of distilleries. The property is breathtaking with easy access. Meghan made us feel welcome with detailed instructions and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. She made excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area and we loved each one! We had the opportunity to meet her and her beautiful Dutch Warmblood horses while there. Her gracious hospitlity is unmatched! We will be back!

Floretta is amazing! Her house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. She gave great directions to the house. Gave lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat. When we arrived we noticed the attention to details. She had a variety of snacks, lots of information on local things to do. The home is in a peaceful valley where we could enjoy our morning coffee while on the deck listening to the birds singing. We look forward to staying there again!

What a wonderful home! It is obvious that great attention to detail was paid to the design, furnishings, technology, interior design, and decorating. The host, Andrea, was very prompt and flexible with our needs. Our friends were wowed, as they had never stayed in an Air BnB, and this cottage was a great first impression.

The home appearers to be recently remodeled. It’s spotless and I have significant appliance envy. The deck is large and so comfortable. We had dinner on the deck and told stories around the fire pit. The perfect hub for the bourbon trail. Great trip!

3 couples, a birthday weekend, it was the best place to host this! The sitting room was a perfect combination of cozy and spacious, working fireplace, comfortable couches… master bedroom was so comfortable! The home is well designed and decorated, private with beautiful view Would absolutely stay again!

A lovely, comfortable home in the heart of the adorable town of Midway. House is larger than it first appears! Host provided extra firewood, snacks and beverages, and communications were easy and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, and the back yard opens onto a lovely creek side trail leading into the local park. Just up the stairs to Midway's main street, with its many charming shops and restaurants. Owner provided a pup bed and dog dishes - plus many other thoughtful touches. We enjoyed ourselves and plan to return! Perfect for families of Midway Univ students, folks doing the bourbon trail, or those wanting easy access to Frankfort, Versailles & Lexington in a delightful small town setting.

This was our 2nd stay here. Always responsive. Perfect for the Bourbon Trail. Will stay again.

Lots to do nearby. A nice quiet place to stay.

This was a great place to stay while attending NCAA basketball at Rupp Arena! Easy walk to restaurants and easy in and out driving for visits along the Bourbon Trail. Andrew was a responsive host.

Overall a great place to stay. Very cool space, bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to lots of places.

Great option for an overnight stay in Lexington. Convenient with restaurants within walking distance and free parking included.

Wanted to stay in place that was able to accommodate my family and this place was perfect! Super clean and ample room for everyone. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to the area!

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.

Sadly we didn’t spend as much time at the penthouse as we had hoped. What time we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed everything the place had to offer….classy, comfy decor and furniture, spotless throughout, well equipped, unique access, and fabulous location if you’re visiting UK. With that, you are in the middle of the going-ons of a lively UK. So expect some street noise at night. It was no issue for us-we were tucked away in our cozy bed. One of our favorite Airbnb “homes!”
