The family had a wedding to attend at Kingfisher Bay Kgari so we booked Rishendas beach house. Everyone felt comfortable, the home was well equipped and plenty big enough for our large group. The views were amazing, the resident kookaburras visited daily. The outdoor dining area with spa and BBQ on the deck overlooking the fabulous views was Amazing. We would definitely recommend Rishendas house and would love to return again for an Island holiday.

Incredible place and Brian was so helpful, we would love to return. Instructions regarding pickup at mainland reception were a bit confusing as they denied having anything to do with Airbnb and caused us to almost miss the Barge. The reception at the resort itself were lovely and had keys for us anyway thank goodness. This was the only downside of the entire trip and we’d love to come back!

Amazing penthouse with a great views. Apartment had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Linda was extremely helpful with local recommendations. Easy walk to restaurants and boat trips. Would stay again if in the area

Lovely little house in the centre of Kingfisher resort! Great spot to be to explore K’gari. Lots of restaurants and near the beach for swimming and sunset

Wonderful house for a family stay in a quite location close to the ocean!!!

Beautiful unit, that is as large as a home. Close to everything you need and walking distance to beach.

Col’s place is a great relaxing spot, perfectly located near Urangan pier with a range of eateries to choose from. Saturday markets and long beach walks are a must. The bungalow is well presented and cozy, lots of amenities and even activity extras or the perfect spot to chill.

We stayed here with two, 4-person families and it was the perfect size for us. There is heaps of yard space for the kids to play soccer and pickleball. The beaches are walkable and a lovely bike ride to the icecream shop. We would love to stay here when we come to Bargara again.

Karen and her partner were beautiful hosts that went above and beyond to help my nieces that were stuck in the area after missing there flight to Melbourne to say there goodbyes to there father that had recently just lost. I could not recommend them enough! Thank yous for taking care of my nieces and understanding there situation and going above and beyond for them! :)

Loved the house and the yard was perfect for some backyard cricket. The fold out couch was broken and unusable which Christina said she will replace. Great location.

Woodgate Beach is one of our favourite holiday spots for true R &R. The house is just superb. Beautifully designed and comfortable. Heaps of room inside and out with the capacity to sleep 9 people. Very well priced. Great location and a quick stroll to the beautiful beach.

This is our fourth stay here and we'll be back again. Very quiet street with great beach access. Back to basics with the family 😊. John also has excellent suggestions for things to do in the area should you need them!

Great sized house for a large group, nice open plan with plenty of space. The kitchen is big and well equipped although some of the appliances and pots and pans need updating. Like most Airbnb's there is never enough toilet paper, washing detergent or tea towels so be sure to bring your own. Beautiful views from the large balcony, a great way to relax and watch the sunset of an afternoon. We always love staying within the Kingfisher Resort, it's great to be able to use the resort pool and very close to do day trips to Lake McKenzie. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Stayed for four days, plenty of room and spacious living area and decks. Had 5 people easily fit around the kitchen and lounge room. Best location up in the trees overlooking the bay

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s place, the facilities were excellent, there was more than enough dishes, cutlery and plenty of games for the children and adults, really well equipped home and plenty of space for all 13 of us . We would certainly book it again .

Stunning location. We took our box trailer and 4wD and were able to park these right next to the villa in the designated parking bay. Everything was close by & walkable. The unit had air conditioning units in each bedroom which made it lovely & warm during our stay. The restaurants at kingfisher are amazing & the kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and fishing off the Jetty! Great stay ❤️

The villa was exactly as described and perfectly set up for our stay. Tom communicated in advance about a couple of very minor matters (a light out, a sticky door) so there were no surprises. The kitchen was better equipped than many other airbnbs which made self catering a pleasure rather than a chore. Tom always replied promptly and cheerfully, and was a great source of advice about driving and activities on the island as well as providing a seamless accommodation experience.

We had a fantastic weekend in Michelle’s spacious apartment. The location was perfect and we barely used our car as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The kitchen was fully appointed and great for self catering . Kids enjoyed the pool when the beach got too hot. The beds were super comfy! I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

We had a family Christmas getaway for 4 nights at this incredible place. The house was so lovely, it couldn’t get better if it tried. The sunsets on the beach were a thing of beauty. Peter was an amazing host, super responsive and friendly, we are extremely grateful that he’s opened his house up to guests. At check at the resort we discovered a $300 security hold fee which we weren’t anticipating, I’d recommend bringing your wallet with you for this (we forgot ours). Other than that small hiccup, this was an amazing experience, 12 out of 10 stars for us, I would recommend this place to everyone, we will definitely be coming back to stay here!!!
