To much to write to explain how good The Birches accommodation was as everything was perfect ! We had an amazing week. I would struggle to find anything negative or room to improve as it had everything we needed and more ! Definitely will be back !

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

Spacious place to stay with big communal kitchen, nice size patio and quality hot tub. Nice little games room in between kitchen and lounge. Comfy beds.

Debbie is a wonderful, kind and communicative host. We were welcomed with a smile and she talked to us about all the wonderful surroundings such as the pub and nature reserve just down the road. The lodge itself was clean and well presented and the hot tub was absolutely enormous! I’d absolutely recommend the Lincoln Retreat for a getaway and we will certainly be back again soon! We’ve just got back from a long weekend away at the Firs for my bestfriend’s hen do! It was amazing. The house was stunning, completely spotless, and well decorated! It looked even better than the photos when we arrived! Every thing you could need and more in the kitchen (dining stuff/glassware/utensils). There were fresh flowers in a vase on the table when we arrived! Spoke with Andy whilst staying there due to us needing to move some cars around (our mistake) and it was no problem at all, Andy was super friendly and helpful. Bedrooms/bathrooms all clean, along with hot tub and outdoor seating areas! Would recommend it to anyone. And not too far at all from Lincoln! It was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for better! We would love to come back at some point! Also, the new extension was stunning too! Well done and Thank you Andrew! :)

We had an excellent stay, the house is clean and beautifully decorated, the children loved the hot tub. Explored nearby sundown adventure land that went down a treat too, thanks again ☺️

The property was great for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and a 10 month old baby. The home was warm and comfortable with lots to do. We had full use of the property with a bbq hut and instructional video on how to use it, a spa that was set up with wood ready to light and swimming pool that was heated to 34 degrees. The facilities were modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great, with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We could not have asked for more from a home that allowed our family to enjoy a lot of quality time together at a very affordable price. There were also shops, take away coffees and pubs just 1 minutes drive up the road. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the same quality time with family and friends, with everything you could possibly want in a home.

We've just spent 5 days at Fable Lodge. It's set on a beautiful lake which is stunning. The sunken hot tub overlooks the view which is equally stunning in the evenings. The lodge has everything you need. Is very spacious and really cozy..plenty of room for everyone to relax. Sarah has been a great host from initial booking until we left. We didn't buy the entertainment pass and we didn't regret it, we enjoyed the lodge to its full extent. There's a coop in the local village and a fantastic fish and chip shop. We walked to the castle from the lodge which was beautiful. The planes from the RAF base are amazing! The noise is incredible. This was a great thing for my photography keen husband! You can walk down to the run way and watch them take off too! We wouldn't hesitate in going back. The side of the park we were on was lovely and away from the hussle and bussle of the club house area and activities which is not our thing! Thanks for a great stay. We were a family of 5.

We really enjoyed staying here. The caravan was lovely, well equipped, clean with hot water and good heating. The site was peaceful and well maintained. The hosts went the extra mile. thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Kingfisher Lodge really was a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with Julie was excellent. We couldn't rate this place highly enough. Thank you, Julie for making us feel so welcome.

We love staying here, this was our third visit! The lake is lovely, we enjoyed walking to the castle, swimming, zip line, arcade, craft activities for kids onsite. This house is perfect for sleeping, cooking, relaxing, it even has a small sandy beach. The hot tub is perfect and we loved watching the wildlife. It’s one of our favourite family holiday places

What an excellent home, we felt very comfortable, everything was super clean and had all the amenities you require. Jane was great at communicating. We felt very much at home and would definitely like to return one day!

Beautiful lodge, we had a lovely relaxing stay with plenty of activities on site only a few minutes walk from the lodge. Would highly recommend, Andrea was extremely helpful and informative.

What a lovely unique lodge. We loved staying at the Widgeon Lodge, lovely location next to the lake and great views of the RAF planes going past. Nice little personal touches too…..we loved the homemade shortbread, thank you. Plenty of activities for the kids and great entertainment for them on the night. We also couldn’t wait to get back though and get into the hot tub each night. Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be recommending and staying in one of your properties again
