Lovely stay at Benjamins house. Felt right at home. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings / peaceful. Just what we needed. Responsive and helpful host would definitely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean.

We were a family party of eight, including one child, and the property fully met our needs. The large open plan kitchen/diner was a real bonus. Having private parking was so convenient, especially given that we were in a residential area. Would happily recommend the property to family and friends.

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

This was our 2nd stay. The host is very responsive to messages and the instructions were clear to collect keys. The house was great for a family stay and would recommend 😀

What an amazing stay we had. It was easy to find, Joanna was lovely and very helpful throughout. It was spotless throughout and very homely. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Lovely pubs and restaurants a short walk away in a lovely little town. Would highly recommend

My friends and I stayed for two nights, great location and beautiful cottage. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Very clean and tidy, room with two single beds, beds are for smaller people and children, just in case anybody who thought two normal size adults could sleep in there. Kitchen was lovely and bathroom was lovely and there was even a cosy living room hiding at the back!!

A lovely place to stay. Well equipped and easy walking distance to the main high street. The shower was hot and powerful and the place has a huge TV in the living room. The large beds were comfortable and we slept very well as very quiet overnight. Also has available off street parking, which was handy as the road does not have much parking availability. However, the main car park is only around the corner and is only £3 to park all day. Overall, it was a great place for an overnight stay, thank you Neil.

Fantastic place to stay but really made perfect by the incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating host. They really went over and above to make our stay brilliant even though we were only there one night. Will book again without hesitation.

Had a lovely nights stay here with my wife and young son. Lovely location with a really beautiful walk down by the Trent easy to get to from here. Perfect place to unwind and chill out, highly recommended

A nice and clean apartment. Plenty of parking right next to it as well. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and warm inside even though it was freezing outside. Definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful apartment, cosy and warm with great facilities and a delightful location overlooking the village green (above a boutique clothes shop). We were met in person by our host who showed us to the dedicated parking space at the back of the building. Thoroughly recommended!

A lovely clean and comfortable base for our weekend! We had everything we needed and loved the proximity to the beach. Very peaceful at night too! Thank you for being a great host!

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

Julie’s flat was beautifully decorated and so clean. There are lots of homely touches and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The directions were clear and check in and check out was easy. It is a short walk into central Lincoln, where there is so much to do and a huge variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment for a stay in Lincoln.

What a GEM of a find in the heart of Newark! Great central location, plenty of shops, fine dining, antique shops and pubs to visit and a town of English historical experiences through the ages. The property internally has been finished to a very high spec and full of French Shabby Chic charm. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable kind size bed and plenty of amenities to cover your stay. I would highly recommend a stay here and would not hesitate to book again, Lucretia was great to deal with. 10 out of 10 from us xx

We stayed at Karen's place for one night, it was spotlessly clean and really cosy. It had everything we needed and the heating was on when we checked in which was great as we were wet through after our day out.

Andrew and Moira’s place is always a joy to stay at, we’ve been a few times and likely will come for many more! Clean, comfortable and cosy, and excellent location for all Louth amenities and beyond. Only slight downside this time was some noisy neighbours who are very early risers! We’ll be back.
