Just stayed over the Twixmas period. The house was very centrally located in the cathedral quarter, with quaint shops and pubs within a 1 minute walk. Even though very central the house was very quiet, so best of both worlds. The house had every amenity required for our stay, it is very tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. It was very easy to find the house and also easy to get inside. The parking permit was a great bonus and we found parking easy on the street approx 3 min walk away. Joy was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would very much recommend this house. The perfect stay in Lincoln.

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

We were a family party of eight, including one child, and the property fully met our needs. The large open plan kitchen/diner was a real bonus. Having private parking was so convenient, especially given that we were in a residential area. Would happily recommend the property to family and friends.

The place was very peaceful and accurate description. Very cosy and lovely log burner with lots of wood - great for the little pooches would stay again

Perfect place for cadwell park

A group of five of us stayed here for two nights and it was perfect from start to finish! There were so many lovely touches but it still felt incredibly homely. A beautiful location too, close to the river, and set on the outskirts of the village. The hot tub was amazing too! Thank you, I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed a lovely couple of days in this warm, comfortable accommodation. A fantastic, peaceful location with a sunny enclosed rear garden, perfect for sitting out and safe for our small dog to wander about in. The attractions of Lincoln and Newark are nearby and plenty of country parks and places to walk in the surrounding area. A great place to visit and Jess a friendly, helpful host. Thankyou.

Was a beautiful little cottage space. Very clean and spacious however it was still cozy and comfy. The chocolates hidden everywhere were a nice touch too. Would definitely come again.

Thank you Samantha and Colin, for the great stay we had in your caravan. The caravan was lovely and homely, very clean and the extras were a great surprise and treat. The condiments cleaning and toilet rolls were a bonus too. The hot tub was great, the kids loved it, it was very relaxing and quiet. The amenities were great, there are lots of activities to do, the whole family enjoyed and joined in. The whole family had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Emma and the caravan was wonderful. We loved the fishing and the hot tub. Be prepared to purchase the £80 guest pass for the facilities as the only thing available without it is the fish and chip shop. Everything else is only accessible with the pass including the bars, pubs, playground and archade. Much of the activities were either booked up or not running. Book ahead would be my advise. We did manage to be squeezed in fir swimming and the pool was lovely. Thanks Emma. A lovely place I just needed to be better prepared for the caravan park facilities

Lovely home from home caravan I liked the extra touches, hot water bottles on all the beds and lots of board games for the children .It was also good to have the smart tv and beable to log into prime tv etc .Kirsty was great at responding when we had a problem with the toilet , she had it sorted within a few hours . Great place to stay

We booked this caravan for October half term with our two children (4 and 12 weeks). Ruth was very responsive with messages prior to our stay and was happy to answer our questions. We checked in early which was appreciated with a young baby. The place itself was perfect and the hot tub is a lovely feature. Our 4 year old watched a few of the dvds that were available and enjoyed the games that were in the drawer. He especially loved that the caravan had been decorated for Halloween and that there was chocolate in the fridge upon check in. The position of this caravan is perfect and very easy to find on check in and also in a really good location in terms of the site facilities. Our children loved the pool and indoor splash park. There is so much for children to do and we pre booked some of these activities and also enjoyed the evening entertainment and restaurants. Great find and would happily return!

Fantastic location and fantastic host. Can’t recommend highly enough. Beautiful lodge and well maintained. Immaculate inside and out and easy instructions for everything. Michelle answered all queries immediately. We all had a wonderful time.

What a stunning location and place to visit. Sitting on the largest of the lakes, the view is stunning and we were lucky to have beautiful spring weather and the best sunrises and sunsets! The caravan itself is very well equipped, with everything you would need including an Air Fryer! The hot tub is fantastic and a great place to relax and watch the wildlife on the lake. Directly from the caravan there are multiple walks either around the park, along the river or in to Tattershall. We went for a walk at Ostlers Plantation which is a great place for a dog walk and Woodhall Spa is worth a visit. We visited at the beginning of March and didn’t have any children as part of our group, so although we bought them, we felt that we didn’t need the passes, as we cooked ourselves. That being said, had we visited when we could have done watersports it would definitely have been worth it. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Blossom Farm is ideal for our family get togethers, location is spot on, very well equipped with do much attention to detail! Salford Warren is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a good place to walk the dog!

Caron’s chalet was the perfect spot for a bit of seaside therapy. Walkable to Mablethorpe, quick access to the beach and fitted with everything you should need for a stay away from home. Instructions were clear and there were even recommendations for local eateries and things to do.

A clean well-equipped cottage in a lovely setting. Diane is an excellent host. We have booked to stay again.

My husband and i had a wonderfull stay. Exactly as listed. Beautiful setting, very peaceful. Although very secluded, there is plenty to do nearby as listed in natalies very helpful guide. It was just what we were looking for and would highly recommend!

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

Elaine could not do enough to make my Mum and Dads stay more comfortable. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is cosy yet has a unique twist. My Dad is a big fan of the reclining seats! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet get away with a top notch garden. Thanks Elaine!
