Nice place to stay . Everything looks exactly like the photo which are used for advertised. Very convenient location by having AEON supermarket and several restaurant . Huge effort have been devoted by Hauz team for taking care of the property, everything is clean and tidy but it will be better if they can some minor touch up on some of the wall and bathroom due to the property already more than 7 years. Keep up the good work Hauz team

친절하고 답변이 빨랐으며 한달 넘게 생활하면서 청소 서비스가 네번 있어서 좋았습니다. 와이파이 속도와 전구 교체 등 요구 사항이 있을때마다 빠른 처리를 해줘서 감사했습니다. 무엇보다 1층이었지만 주차장과 수영장 위여서 실제로는 7층정도 높이이고 창문 밖의 뷰도 좋았습니다.

The place is a nice house, spacious, clean & have nice selat tebrau view. It is serene. The only downside of the condo is the security guards that are a bit rude. We totally understand they are being strict due to the guidelines however we do feel being treated unfairly compared to the caucasians/europeans who stayed there too. Wear a proper swimsuits, no jersey/leggings allowed if you’re using the pool. No eating at the outdoor tables/chair area. Even cannot blow candles for a birthday celebration. Weird guidelines. However, patrick is a great host with great unit and i had a pleasant stay despite the bad experience with the security. It is very easy to get food & accessible to central JB. Everything is near.

Third time staying in this apartment, totally recommend it. This time round it was during CNY and we were even able to enjoy the fireworks at the beach from the comfort of our apartment; simply amazing! The host is always responsive and helpful. The location is also very convenient by car, and the carpark was very safe and convenient too! Will definitely come back!

Booked for my Bro’s birthday celebration and stayed with family! I really love the stay very squeaky clean! Toilet no weird smell.. All was perfect! The best stay i ever had at Royal strand so far! Thank you so much! Looking forward to stay here again! ☺️☺️🙏🙏

this location near sebana cove resort , have a 99 speed mart near by. There ia a park opposite this house .host have two house just beside , suitable for ppl gathering for more than 20 ppl stay . we have 22 people working , we rent for 2 house, clean and comfortable .thanks clara.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We would love to extend our stay, but we have other plans. We encountered a couple of roaches during our time, which might be due to the area rather than the cleanliness of the house. Anyway, a 5-star for me!

Had a wonderful stay at CJ's with my family. Place was clean and cozy, bed was nice and comfy. Aircons are cold, bathrooms water pressure was good too. Only difficulty was hard to get a grab car as location is new and exact address doesn't appear on the grab app at all. I mean generally it can be hard to get a grab in Desaru. There wasn't any stove for cooking but ecetrical kettle was provided if you want to cook instant noodles. Communication with CJ was very good. Fast response, good recommendation & suggestions. Parking space enough to park 2x 7-seaters cars.

Chris is very responsive to my queries during my stay and checks in if everything is ok at her place. I want to point out this as it was really great! Chris’ place beddings and pillows did not had bad smell and the towels were all very clean! Water pressure was great at her place so we had a good shower. Aircon was also in the living room so it helps on a hot day in Desaru. Toilet is very clean! Body soap and hair soap was provided. But i think the room did not smell was so good and Chris didnt even try to hide any bad smell. So essentially what i mean is the rooms are clean! Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Wifi is strong enough for browsing of social medias. Also, it was walkable distances to local restaurants and local street food stalls. It’s a nice place to stay if you’re in Desaru!

Location wise is great. Only 15 mins to JB Sentral and Legoland. Facility inside apartment is very good and have a lot of food available nearby. Downside was swimming pools cant be used on Saturday morning due to regular maintenance, who do regular maintenance on Sat morning????

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

The place is located nearby a lot of food stall and also cleaned, nice pool view. We’ve a fantastic stay for family gathering during CNY.

It was an honor to stay at Blissful Home. I was glad that the condition of the house was better than the picture. Everything seemed clean and new. The host told me what we needed before checking in, and she kept me in touch to make sure I didn't have any inconvenience after that. She answered the questions quickly and kindly after checking in. I chose this house because it received a lot of good reviews from Koreans, and I felt that the choice was right. I woke up in the morning and started the morning looking at the scenery outside the window. It was an unforgettable experience for me. My child enjoyed swimming and my husband was a happy home where he could relax. If I go to Johor bahru again, I would like to stay at Blissful Home again.

My second booking for this place.. Improvement has been made to the house.. Kudos and appreciate it as a guest to the team. Instruction given are clear. Walking distance to food places. Parking direction is like a jungle but as second booking guest, pretty straight forward and easy.
