The unit is clean and new. Value stay. I use EV and it is convenient since there is EV chargers in the building, although not the best charging rates.

The room was neat and clean, and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. However, the bed size was a bit too small for us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The location is great—not far from the city, and there are also food stalls nearby.

had a last minute book and managed to find this unit. host was super responsive and reply within mins. instructions given were clear. space was spacious, queen bed in each of 2 bedroom, a sofa bed, and 2 floor mattress. kitchen got water filter machine, WiFi, washing machine, microwave...

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

With many Airbnb choices in the area, what really set one apart is the consistent *5* stars review, attention to details and continuous improvement. Which I must say, Sapphire's place delivered, base on the reviews I've read and what I've experienced. Clean & Sparkly first impression from the moment you enter. Absolutely love the *Sofa*, the long kitchen island, spacious bathroom with BIG mirror and some of the small little things that you can tell that the owner has put her heart into it. (E.g. Marshall bluetooth speaker, full length mirror, small portable air purifier, unique furniture & lighting). I would definitely be back, (to see if my feedback was taken seriously - kidding) and recommend Sapphire's place to my family & friends. Lastly, Sapphire was very responsive and communicated efficiently. Check in/out instructions were easy to follow with clear guidance and pictures.

For every criteria on what makes a good Airbnb apartment, this one will score well on all of them. However, in attempting to maximize space to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, there was no room for a table top or shelf in the bedrooms for me to put my things on. Minor issue though. Thanks for a lovely stay which is a short walk to Legoland across the road.

As a host, Arni is really helpful and attentive. It is easy to contact her. She gave us a list of suggestion on places to eat and it was really worth it. As for the house itself, it is a value for money. As we are most of the time outside exploring desaru, we only want a place to sleep and rest. Her place fulfill this with all basic needs and amenities.

Amazingly helpful hosts, always ready to recommend places and help with any technical issues. Two thumbs up!

Jeff’s place is great for long stay, he was very helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely choose his place again if visiting Johor again.

Easy check-in, nice condo, near to Mid valley mall, house is very clean! They also have Netflix account that we enjoyed very much during weekend. Will stay again

집처럼 편안한 숙소네요. 간이 건조기가 있어서 세탁물 건조가 쉽네요. 정수기나 정수필터가 있으면 더 금상첨화겠고 개미등 일부 벌레가있으나 호스트가 즉각 해결해주고 열대지방에서 벌레는 어쩔수 없는거라 생각됩니다

We had a great time staying at Zack's apartment. Everything was good and spacious. Freshmart is very near. We will definitely recommend Zack's place to others and we will come back again to stay there.

The hosts were very proactive in communicating with us, way before our trip even began. They even provided recommendations for local breakfast at the local eateries downstairs. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, which made us feel right at home. The excellent proximity to Mid Valley was another plus point! Will definitely return to stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommended! 😊

The place is very nice and comfortable. However a bit scary because the whole floor is unoccupied and we were the only ones staying there. But, nothing happen and we happily stay there.
