If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you for an lovely stay, Breanne!

Great place to stay and the Hosts went above and beyond!

This was an amazing stay couldn’t have asked for more . It snowed a few of the nights that we stayed and Kristina was there bright and early shoving the snow out the driveway . Can’t wait to come back next year !!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had many extra things that we ended up needing (such as dish soap, disposable razors, seasonings, plenty of dishes, etc.). Also, the hot tub and fire pit were incredible to have, especially in the February weather! Laura was very responsive the entire time. We would definitely recommend!

Erika and William are fantastic hosts, super-responsive and helpful before and during our stay at their place. The home was perfect, super clean and close to everything (including Highway 25). It looks just like the photos and has all the required amenities to make your stay easy and memorable. Highly recommend them to any travelers going to Colorado Springs.

Debra was incredibly kind and very responsive, she even had a family friend come over and help us get the indoor wood burning furnace going when we had trouble getting it burning. There were brick blocks for the kiddos and plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen window was great in the morning for looking out of whilst drinking my tea to admire the snowy landscape. We enjoyed the heater on the back deck during active snow and the kids had a BLAST playing in the snow on the property (that was safe enough for them to do on their own because it is open and there are plenty of windows/sliding doors to keep an eye on them through. Also, the secluded property was a bonus on that comfort factor as well.). Definitely recommend!

We've stayed at Cynthia's place before, and will stay again (for good reasons)! The space is beautiful, has everything we need, and many special touches. Great communication and great location!

Scott’s place is great, private, and has amazing access to the South Platte River! Scott was kind and accommodating — his property is a gem. The cabin was clean, private, simple - but had everything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook pretty much anything. We caught many fish and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit in our peaceful cabin. We had everything we needed and more. Marlena was a great communicator and made us feel right at home. The place was peaceful and just what my husband, 5 year old, dog & I needed. I would definitely recommend!

Staying at this beautiful cabin was exactly what I needed after the passing of my Grandad a few weeks ago. It offered the peace and tranquility I was looking for during such a difficult time. The serene surroundings provided the perfect environment to unwind, and I was even able to study for an upcoming exam without any interruptions. The snowfall was stunning, adding a touch of magic to the experience. An added bonus was the thoughtful service of snow removal, which made it so much easier to enjoy the winter wonderland without the worry of shoveling—it was all taken care of by the next morning. Jonathan and Kelly were very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and a place to relax!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first vacation together. The hosts were wonderful with quick responses to our questions! The space is EXACTLY like the pictures and very homey! The views are incredible with lots of local wildlife. I highly highly recommend staying here, and I plan to visit again in the future!

Lovely stay! It is a wonderful, quiet spot to have a nice mountain getaway. The hot tub was so nice after some long hikes in the forest. Nice little details in the house, including popcorn and hot coco! The driveway does ice over when there has been snow, I would recommend parking at the top of the driveway and avoiding the ice.

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful cabin, one of our favorite stays to date. The pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. It’s secluded enough for a private stay, but a few miles away from town and 30-40 minutes away from so many beautiful adventure spots. Four wheel drive was definitely necessary during snowy season, we drive a Tacoma and had zero issues with getting around. The amenities the hosts provide are beyond what other people provide (hot tub, hammocks, wood burning fire stove, grills, sleds, etc.). The kitchen was even full of anything and everything we could have needed. The cabin being pet friendly was the icing on the cake for our fur baby too, he had a blast. Hosts were extremely responsive throughout the stay, if we had any questions and had a lot of great recommendations within the guest binder. 10/10 would recommend this property for anyone looking for the perfect Colorado getaway!
