The hottub was fantastic and backyard firepit too. We had a great time relaxing here for the weekend!

The place is absolutely beautiful, it was spotless on arrival and there were so many added touches to welcome us!. Our stay was simply amazing, everything was perfect and spotless - this place is quite pricey but if you are a large group splitting then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially with children. We were there for my son's wedding and the groomsmen had their own separate "apartment" to get ready, completely private. Myself, my other adult children and the grandkids had a blast in the pool and hottub - in fact they had just as much fun exploring the home and trying to find their way back - hide and seek was never so much fun! The only real issue we had was the roadway - it was in was complete disrepair and incredibly dangerous BUT we know this was as city issue and certainly not the fault of the host -I do recommend checking before driving down (it's just a very short walk if you cannot drive) you will wreck your car. Aside from the road - everything else was simply AMAZING!!

Had a great weekend at Amy's in Port Dover. Lovely neighbourhood and property a short walk from Port Dover's charming downtown.

Our trip to Vienna, Ontario, was a wonderful experience. We stayed at an Airbnb called Windy Hills, which is a beautiful log cabin with our own entrance on the upper level. The walls inside are entirely covered in wood, giving it a cozy atmosphere. While there wasn't a kitchen, we were provided with a mini fridge and a microwave. Additionally, there was no TV, which allowed us to enjoy some quality time together without distractions. We visited some horses with the hosts, Doug and Conny, relaxed in the hot tub, and played board games. It was a much-needed getaway from home and work.

JR is an excellent host. He provided a warm welcome and local tips for places to eat and visit upon arrival. Easy to communicate with and always willing to offer support and help if needed. He reached out in advance about check-in and check-out times, which was appreciated. We went to Long Point in the Fall to see the bird migration and the Millie is ideally located, just a five minute bike ride from the Long Point Bird Observatory. Not to mention the stunning beach scenery at your doorstep. Lots to explore and see in the area. The Millie is an old fashioned cabin, but has been well equipped by JR and has lots of charm. It was a very comfortable and restful stay. The whole collection of cabins looks like it would be a lot of fun to rent with extended family and friends. Thanks again JR.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Karyn’s cottage! It was exactly what we were looking for and fit our needs perfectly. We lost power for a little bit and Karyn was kind enough to come over with some extra candles just in case. The cottage was cozy and inviting and had everything we needed. The queen size bed was super comfortable! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Highly recommend Karyn’s cottage if you are looking to find a little peace and quiet. A short walk to the lake, which was beautiful in the snow and we had takeout from Izzy’s which was delicious. Our pup was welcome as well which was wonderful. We reached out at the last moment and Derek responded immediately. Although there was a snowstorm, but he still managed to provide us with great hospitality and a peaceful stay. Good communicator and a great host!

Susan was a great, friendly and accommodating host. We felt right at home during our stay. The place was clean and the amenities were great. Perfect place for a “glamping” experience away from the city!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little cabin! Though compact, it had everything we needed for a comfortable experience, including plates, cups, forks, knives, and BBQ utensils. The lighting inside was perfect at night, and the colour-changing feature added a unique touch. The area was incredibly private and quiet, creating a true sense of escape, yet it was conveniently close to many amenities. The on-site porta-potty was also clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with just the right conveniences nearby! A 5-star stay for sure.

Once in a lifetime experience. A must. Felt like only one in the world. A precious cabin with everything we actually need lol. And on a river!!! Will dream about it until I’m back again 😊

Very cozy and serene. Beautifully decorated. We had a lot going on and got in late, so we did not get to spend enough time just relaxing and taking in the beauty. So I booked it again 🙂. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy in nicer weather.

This A frame is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the water. Very cosy vibes. The living room has a wall full of windows which the sun shines into in the morning, making it a great place to sit with a cup of tea. Bonus is a fireplace in the room that you can use. So much space - great for everyone to fit. There is a playstation and hammock-style loft nets that’s great for kids as well as a little nook with toys under the stairs. The yard is nice and spacious with a big deck to hang out on and the beach is just a short walk away. The host was great and answered all my questions. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing week at the cottage. Local amenities, including the beach, are only a quick walk away. The outdoor space was as great as the indoor space. Would rent again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this airbnb and we love it. The location is unmatched - short walking distance to the beach, dock and shops. Quiet street. Love the ravine and surprisingly no mosquitos. The firepit had fresh firewood ready for us and the place was clean and tidy. Although there is no AC there are lots of fans to keep the air moving which was very helpful on the hot days. Good wifi signal.

We had a very lovely, peaceful stay at Jayne's cabin. The cabin is located in a quiet and well cared for community of small cottages and it has everything needed for a quiet, relaxing visit.
