This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

Heather was exceptionally accommodating and helpful in every way! The house was lovely. We were still unpacking the car and our teenage kids couldn't say enough great things before we got in the door! (And we all know teenagers are a tough crowd!) Heather helped us shift gears when our plans changed and helped us make the most of our time in the area - priceless!

We came to Katherine’s for a family weekend away. The location was perfect, close to town and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! Katherine was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

What a great spot close to any major point of interest in the White Mountains. Minutes from downtown N. Conway, shopping, ski areas and hiking. Alyssa is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend, but not on the weeks we want to rent! 😂

We had a fantastic time at Caitlin’s condo. The room was exactly how described. The view amazing! Loved that we had the top floor. It was so quiet and the fireplace incredible!! There is so much to do there! We loved the outdoor pool. Also, Caitlin gave us great food recommendations! We ate very well! Honestly, it was a magical trip. The only thing that I had trouble with was the plug in Jacuzzi tub. It wasn’t staying down. But, at that point we had done all we wanted that day. It’s close to everything too! We loved Chef Bistro! Great food and staff so friendly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Oh, we even had a sleigh ride at Nestle Nook Farm! Thank You Caitlin!!!!

Great place to stay, we appreciated the snacks and bottled water! When we reached out to Angela for help (we accidentally locked ourselves in the basement while doing laundry, lol) Angela responded within minutes and sent someone over immediately to help us. She was a great host and the house is perfect.

Amazing quiet little getaway even in the cold windy winter the hot tub made for fantastic nights to be able to be outside and look at the stars, will definitely book again

Lory's home is probably the most well-organized ABB I've been in. Drawers labeled, well stocked, clear instructions, even matching place-settings! Very spacious and exactly as described. First I've been to where the TV made it seamless and easy to reset guest data from streaming services - awesome. Great location with easy access to Jackson/Glen/North Way and south via West Side Road. WAZE took us to the incorrect location - Google maps actually worked better. Will definitely rent from Lory again if we are up that way. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Love this little cabin! Truly a home away from home.

Loved Nancy's cabin! Stayed for a cold weekend in snowy February '25. Family of six with adult children, significant other, 8month old baby, and pups. Circle dirt driveway fit our three suvs with room for more (beginning of driveway is shared with house next door). Right off route 113, but hardly noticed the traffic noise, the river scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. River was frozen and there is a walking trail across the way, so we saw a few snowshoers and their pups, otherwise a secluded stay. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and one bunk room in the basement with a second living area and half bath with laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked. Cozy but enough room for us to spread out. Wifi worked well. The ramp up to the house from the driveway wasn't shoveled, nor was the deck, but one shovel was provided and we brought our own shovels to clear it for use. Also nice covered area under the deck out the basement door. Comfy beds! Cards and board games too.

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

We had a great stay at Jan's cabin. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed fires in the wood stove each day. Getting snow while we were there was icing on the cake. The location couldn't have been better... it's just a few miles from North Conway so you can take advantage of all the restaurants. It's only a few miles from Bartlett, where we enjoyed snowmobiling. Nestlenook Farm is also close by if you enjoy sleigh rides, ice skating or snowshoeing. Communication with Jan was really quick. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at Cozy rock cabin. The design of the house was beautiful and the interiors were warm and cosy. We particularly appreciate that Janice & Sean have a wood burning stove and an outdoor hot tub, both of which we put to good use in the snowy, cold winter week we spent there. The cabin invites you to spend your time relaxing and unwind, if you do feel like venturing out there are some great local places to eat. Lastly, we were so grateful that Janice and Sean are such dog lovers and invite furry friends to stay at their cabin. Scout settled into the space straight away, he even enjoyed a snooze in the dog bed provided. We has a truly wonderful stay, thank you both!

Great place to get away for the weekend with a beautiful view! As soon as you walk in it has a cozy at home feel and the walk-in shower was amazing! Definitely will be back:)
