Good place to stay for friends, rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Lots of space for hanging out in the living area and kitchen, and the location is pretty decent with the station being in walking distance.

the location of the apartment close to the sea is perfect. arrival and checkin instructions were clear. We planned to arrive a little earlier than the. heck in time and the team on site were really helpful and gave us an early checkin.

We had a fabulous holiday at Byron on our return to Woolacombe. We haven’t stayed at these apartments before but will certainly return after such a brilliant stay. The apartment was so well equipped and the location is amazing- as far to walk as the car park for the beach! The facilities at Byron are also brilliant and we made good use of the pool, though the weather was really good this was a great form of entertainment for our two children. The washing machine was a huge help and meant we could get lots of washing done each day after the beach, and also really appreciated the coffee, tea, milk and dishwasher tablets etc which were left for us. We would really recommend Byron holidays and will return.

A beautiful property and excellent value. A self-contained annex to a family home, this is a great apartment with amazing views across the Devonshire countryside. We were only there for a night but would definitely return for a longer stay. The bed was super comfy and the living area was a spacious and well equipped. Beth was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Had a lovely two night stay in an apartment. Beautiful surroundings and the staff were lovely. Really liked that you could text through to them for any questions. Pool was lovely, had a game of badminton as well. Will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous apartment, the sea views were breath taking. The place was extremely clean, and great value for money. Due to the time of year a lot of places were shut in the area, however this didn’t matter as the apartment was so lovely. We could have watched the view all day!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and we loved the swimming and games room. The staff was also really helpful whenever we needed anything.

The Retreat is a lovely apartment just 2 minutes drive from Croyde village. The place was spotless, everything you could think of to make it a home from home was provided. It was warm and cosy, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing. The views from the lounge windows looking out over Croyde Bay are spectacular. It is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Rebecca for being a great host. We absolutely loved the Retreat.

so far the best place we ever stayed. and its a first time ever that we made our French friend to start love camping 😂 its a coziest place you can ever get, and price is justified! jacuzzi is amazing! loved every moment of it! Thank you so much :)

This three story townhouse is situated very conveniently for Exeter city (10 mins walk), but with the added bonus of looking out onto the river. We enjoyed watching the swans and ducks. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for our short stay. There is a short walk to the allocated parking and the stairs in the house itself are steep (18th/19th century house?), so this wouldn't suit all people, but we had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at Priory House celebrating a 30th birthday. Wonderful, large, private property with plenty to do and everything you need! Felt very spacious even with 16 people and Richard was really responsive throughout. We will definitely look to book this property again for any future large gatherings!

Thorndale is an exceptional home and get away. The facilities were first class, from the cinema room to the hot tub, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was extremely clean and there was plenty of toiletries, cleaning products and towels for the duration of the stay. The furnishings and furniture were also of exceptional quality (nice not to see the IKEA type furniture that seems to be the norm even in “luxury” homes) Davina was extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after the stay. Instructions were clear and concise, which is also a welcome break from the pages and pages of instructions that can be so tiresome. As a family looking for a quiet get away this was the perfect property in the most idyllic of locations. My wife, my children and I did not want to leave and were besotted with Thorndale and Westward Ho! We will definitely be back at Thorndale very soon! We arrived earlier than check in and asked if we could drop off the food we had travelled with and got there as the lady who was cleaning was finishing up so was able to check in early. Nikki came down to meet us and drop off some goodies. She provided us with a little doggy hamper for our dog, milk, bread, butter and popped some fresh scones in the oven for us to enjoy which was such a lovely touch. Nikki was super friendly and a lovely host. The cottage is absolutely stunning and the pictures don't do it enough justice as to how gorgeous it is. It is secluded and very peaceful in the grounds of a larger house but tucked away. The garden was well fenced which was great with our little dog. The home was really cozy, beautifully decorated and just what we wanted for a chilled New Year. We would recommend to anyone and will 100% be back

This was a great place to stay, close to the beach and a lovely space - even better than the photos. It was very well kitted out, especially the kitchen, dining, board games and DVDs, more than similar rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked the accommodation last minute and Jonathan and Kate were exceptionally accommodating. They got the house prepped for a really big group over night and were super friendly and helpful when we arrived. We had a lovely welcome hamper waiting for us and even received a homemade cake mid stay. The kids had an absolute ball exploring the grounds and the walks from the farm through the forest were really lovely. We highly recommend for a big group. The rooms were spacious and we’ve never slept in more comfy beds! Thanks for having us all! We loved it!
