Another fantastic stay at Byron Woolcombe. A beautiful setting for a home away from home in these gorgeous apartments. The apartment has everything you need and is spotless throughout. There is plenty to do in Woolacombe and surrounding areas, however Byron also has a swimming pool, gym and pool table for those rainy days. The staff at Byron are friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend Byron enough. A truly special place…

Best Place Ever Apartment exceeds the pictures in all ways. Most gorgeous AirBnB I have been to in my life. Host Guy is the sweetest, most helpful man. Make sure you walk to the beach and check the surrounding beacons for a hike.

the location of the apartment close to the sea is perfect. arrival and checkin instructions were clear. We planned to arrive a little earlier than the. heck in time and the team on site were really helpful and gave us an early checkin.

lovely apartment clean and great communication owners were accomodating and friendly. gave us travel cot and restaurant recommendations. right by beach and enjoyed swimming pool thank you!

We stayed at this place for 4 nights and had the best time. The apartment was so well equipped we didn’t need to think about anything. Super clean space and perfect location. Lots of modern gadgets. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Easy check in and check out. Added bonus of having a swimming pool and sauna just incase it’s bad weather outside. Ideal parking also. Thank you Emma for a fabulous stay. We’ll definitely come back here when we return to Woolacombe!

Brilliant place. Such an awesome location

This apartment was perfect for my 3 year old and me on our holiday. Spacious to run around, all the kitchen equipment we needed, pool and car charger plus walking distance to the beach. I will be back with more family members next year!

We loved our stay at 7 Putsborough. It was quiet but really close to the beach and the shops. That was lots of great touches like the outdoor shower to use when you return from the beach and also the lovely doggy treats on arrival for our dog. We would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely two night stay in an apartment. Beautiful surroundings and the staff were lovely. Really liked that you could text through to them for any questions. Pool was lovely, had a game of badminton as well. Will definitely be returning.

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and we loved the swimming and games room. The staff was also really helpful whenever we needed anything.

Beautiful apartment that seemed brand new. Well catered for with drinks, coffee bods etc all provided, as well as logs for wood burner and games! Very comfortable beds. Amazing views over Lynmouth. Only suggestion would be a few more links to local restaurants and things to do.

We really loved our stay in Otter’s Den, it was perfect for a family meet up. All of the facilities (pool, games room, park etc) were a great bonus. We also appreciated the lovely grounds (lake and woods) and meeting the animals was lovely for the kids. Otter’s Den itself is a beautiful property and we loved the big windows for sitting in the sun. It was well equipped with thoughtful touches such as kids toys, everything you need in the kitchen and various extra baby/child items available on request prior to arriving. Max and his family were also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again in the future!

We had a group of 13 staying at Henstridge house and found the place absolutely perfect space wise and layout wise for a large group , the kitchen and sitting room areas are well laid out and very comfortable - it was very tricky to find as Google maps took us to a location a good mile away from the actual house , the pool and the gymn were great facilities and the pool room and pool itself was lovely and warm , we enjoyed our stay and had a great time , Laura was very helpful and quick to answer any questions

Awesome location and great country walks. Fantastic to have a swim and sauna after a brilliant country walk from the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful time at this charming, historic property. It was comfortable and great for our family + dog. The pool was lovely, the grounds were beautiful, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend it!

Thirteen of us travelled from all over the UK to celebrate my partner’s 40 th birthday ! The house is absolutely stunning as are the well maintained gardens . Swimming pool and sauna were just incredible . Beautiful towels provided as was all the bedding and great variety of room lay outs to accommodate a large and varied group. The Agga in the kitchen was great to cook on and a great source of heat as was the open log fire with lots of logs provided . Few nice touches on arrival were jam ,scone clotted cream and milk provided . Also great shower gel in each shower . Would highly recommend !

We loved our stay at beautiful North Hill! Sabrina and Rich are welcoming and attentive as hosts, and clearly put alot of thought, and work, into making their place special! It is a lovely cottage, with a breathtaking view literally on your doorstep. Plenty of space for our 3 year old to run around outside, very safe. Lovely pool too. Lot's of fun child friendly days out within a half hours drive in all directions, but honestly, just chilling at the cottage and exploring the grounds at North Hill Cottages was a great way to spend our time too. We had such a lovely few days away at the two connecting cottages. Our group was 6 adults, 4 children and an infant, and the two adjoining cottages were perfect for us. We were able to spend time together once the kids went to bed, knowing everyone was under one roof, but has separate space for the families. The kids loved the play room, play areas and the pool, and we appreciated Stefan taking them with to feed the chickens, hamsters and guinea pigs. We loved the hot tub at our cottage too! The kitchen was well equipped, as was the whole house. We appreciated the kids dishes and books in the cottage too, and the bags of logs were really welcome on the chilly nights. Simon was super helpful and responsive in the lead up to and during our stay, and we felt like we had all of the information we needed (but always got a quick reply from both Simon and Stefan). Thanks so much for a great stay!
