This was our 4th stay at the Beach Ranch and I can highly recommend. Bella was great with communication and checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is clean and comfortable.

Emma’s Place was perfect. The photos do not do the space justice - it is even better in the flesh! Every detail so thoughtful, and the perfect blend of modern comfort and antique character. We booked last minute after the hotel we had pre-booked failed to meet our expectations. We decided to find a cozy and inspiration space to stay for two nights, and Emma’s Place did not disappoint. I deeply exhaled as I entered. Sawtell is a coastal gem, I only wish we had more time to explore. Emma was extremely kind, helpful and responsive. A truly lovely person. I’d love to come back and stay again, or visit her other Airbnb ‘Pottery Barn’. Thank you, Emma. We LOVED our stay. M xx

Pete’s airbnb definitely made it top list! It was a very short walk to the beach , spotless everywhere & definitely felt like home. Pete was easy and helpful to get in touch with if we needed help with anything and was very kind. The home is a short ride to CEX stadium so if you have any sport events I really recommend booking with him! Overall, I would rate this airbnb 11/10! That’s right, 11/10! 👏🏽

We loved staying at Lynne’s Amblesea. A tastefully-decorated, modern 1-bed unit, with everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room, comfortable bed, and great touches including the history of Yamba books, which educated us on a fascinating history of Yamba, and the choccies on arrival! Easy walking to several beaches and the Main Street. Excellent communication from Lynne and overall a fantastic getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

We booked last minute at this place, and Michelle was quick to reply and accept the booking. We felt very look after, and the place was very clean, and a great place to stay. Close to the beach and town, we loved staying here.

Perfect place for a getaway with a lifetime friend. Beautiful location with everything needed to feel at home. Very quiet. Need to drive for shops and meals but right by the beach.

What a beautiful surprise the area was and the house was very comfortable and clean and welcoming to my family including my dogs. Easy walk to the beach and close to highway if you want or venture into Coffs Harbour.

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Our family of four adults had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was fresh, clean, and tidy, with comfy beds that made us feel right at home. All the necessary facilities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the peaceful and quiet location. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise, taking long walks on the beach, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Dining on the deck with the refreshing seabreeze was a highlight of our evenings. We’d definitely love to return and make more memories here!

The cottage is gorgeous, beautifully presented, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return when we next stay in Coffs.

For anyone visiting Casa Bonita, we highly recommend spending a day at the Wooli Breakwater 🏖️ We also suggest visiting the Wilsons Headland Walking Track where we spotted at least 3 pods of dolphins 🐬 We also enjoyed visiting 383 for dinner where they had musical bingo and a massive indoor playground for kids 🙌🏼 10/10 - one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever 🥂 Wooli is a hidden gem that won’t stay quiet for long so make sure to book in quick!

Ben is a very thoughtful person. I stayed during some wild weather and he was great. The house is above Spooky beach and it’s very comfortable and private. Great kitchen. Easy to cook. Angourie is really a special place. Very friendly. Ben and Cloe were so fast at fixing an internet issue which was important because I was trying to work. The house is clean and comfortable. Great outlook.

Great place, we booked as a very last minute change of plans and glad we did, only stayed for the one night and would have happily stayed for longer. The host's were easy to deal with, very helpful and friendly. We would defiantly stay again in the future.

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

Jacqueline’s place is great for a night or 2 in beautiful Yamba. Nice & quiet & walk to everywhere, across the road fm restaurants & a few 100 mtrs to Pacific Hotel. Can highly recommend.

Thank you so much Ken for such a comfortable stay at your beautiful apartment & thank you also for the welcome chocolate (this was appreciated and enjoyed following a long day of travelling) The apartment was so well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a couple of days with heavy rain so didn't get to venture out but this wasn't an issue as the apartment set up made it so easy to relax while enjoying the amazing views. From relaxing in the pool, followed by a spa in the main bathroom to cooking a BBQ while enjoying the stunning views, comfortable beds, fabulous water pressure in the shower and not to mention the beautiful cross breeze that flows throughout the apartment on a warm day (as the name suggests - Seabreeze, you definitely get this), we felt so relaxed at the end of our 5 night stay. For future visits to Nambucca Heads, we have now found our favourite place to stay. Thanks again.
