Loved this space. House was perfect size for me and 10 buddies. Close to hikes and to town, but remote enough to really feel immersed in nature. Wished it was warmer so we could use pool or lake, but enjoyed the massive yard and played lots of Kan jam! Would 100% come back. Highly recommended

Desiree & Steven’s place is truly a hidden gem. I stayed during the “off season” when the pool and other outdoor amenities were unavailable, and yet it still felt like retreat even in the dead of winter! It was a particularly snowy time, and Steven always made sure the walkway was shoveled and salted and really went above and beyond to make my stay feel comfortable. When I needed to extend my stay, Desiree and Steven made the process seamless. Truly a hidden gem with the added benefit of outstanding hosts!

We had a very nice stay for a family wedding. Sharing the house with two combined families in January and the house was great for this. There are rooms with 3-4 beds in each so if you are looking for bedroom privacy then this house probably isn’t it. That said, we are all family so was fun to bunk up! The area is beautiful and there r a great set of trails right at the end of the road for hiking, walking cross country skiiing etc. Overall, a great stay and Kimberly was very communicative with everything

Traveling with a deaf adult basketball team of men I was supposed to have 12 adults (none who would share a bed). Had some injuries so we came with just 9 adults. It fit us perfectly. The house is HISTORIC but in a good way with modern touches. They did warn about the power and current but we had zero issues with that. The house was spotless and comfortable and had lots of lamps. One of the things we did have to do was remove many shades because deaf people communicate in sign language and a dim house isn’t deaf friendly. The pool area had tons of light so we hung there and in the kitchen in between games. The hot tub however didn’t get hot enough. We tried for two days to get it working. The host came by and tried to get it going as well. This was vital for players who are playing four games in two days. One of the reasons I picked the place. For our trouble they refined a hefty portion of our payment. Anna and Henry were awesome hosts. I think this might have been my best trip yet

booked this charming property in Worcester as a convenient spot to visit my son, who attends college nearby, and for family weekend at Boston University, where my daughter just started school. Hotels in Boston were priced from $600 to $1,200 per night, so finding this home was ideal. I brought along my elderly mother, who is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s, and I was hoping for a place that would feel like a true home—a space where we could spend quality time together in the evenings and early mornings. This home exceeded our expectations. The description was spot on, and the space was everything we needed and more. I especially enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace each morning for my prayers and reflections. The rooms were fantastic, and watching our football game on Sunday night on the "big screen wall" was a highlight. Many thanks to the hosts for providing such a welcoming and memorable place for our family.
