Susana’s place is so handy for the city centre and main sights, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Although the neighbourhood is quite busy with traffic at times, inside the apartment was not noisy. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the calm decor, well equipped kitchen and period features. Having a coffee machine was a real bonus.

Jon & Laura were great hosts very welcoming happy to chatbor leave you be. They offered local suggestions to eat at. They even made available their Spa bath/hot tub to be used. It was a very clean and well presented home. We highly recommend this quaint little place.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Had a nice weekend away with a few friends, staying at Graham's. Graham was super responsive and the instructions were clear. We were very impressed by the accommodation! The area is nice and the walk into the centre is scenic. There is a Spar a few minutes away for any groceries too. Would recommend!

I’ve stayed in a large amount of places with Airbnb, and this really was a standout. The property was excellent, really comfortable with all of the amenities. Extremely well situated, with Bath centre a short and enjoyable walk away. As good as the property is, one of the highlights was Nick, who was both extremely responsive to messages, but so helpful and welcoming. Really excellent host and property, I’d recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Had a lovely time staying in Henry’s place! Apartment was exactly as described and very cozy. It was also an extremely close walk to everything we wanted to see in Bath, would definitely stay again!

Anthony was super friendly, highly responsive and communicated well. He even put up some Christmas decorations for us. The property was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, well maintained, comfortable, had a great shower and was well located, with private parking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Me and my family stopped off here for a night on our way to a wedding nearby. Bob was a very friendly host and took the time to show us around on arrival, put a sign out on the main road for us to look out for, and took my parents for a walk down to the canal nearby. Jane kindly explained the route to our wedding too. The annex was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed, a well-stocked kitchen (utensils-wise), and the hosts had kindly provided a cot for our small baby. Access into the property is via a driveway off a layby as you come off the roundabout, but there was ample space to pull into the layby, and plenty of room on the driveway to park multiple cars. The only minor issue we found in the master bedroom (which didn't impact our stay on the whole) was that the windows were quite draughty at night - we solved that by just tucking the curtains up onto the window ledge. As I say, we were only there for a night, but was a great find. Thanks

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

I booked this for work colleagues for a business trip 10th - 14th March, They said that they slept very comfortably and it was a great location. Roz was very responsive and replies quickly. Roz also provided lots of local information of shops and places to eat. Thank you! We would use this Airbnb again

We enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home. The place is as described in the pictures, clean, spacious and with many personal touches. The Host was responsive and very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The Nook is great for a short, restful stay, away from the noise and bright lights of town. The hosts are next door if there are any issues. And Susannah introduced herself when we were out walking which was a nice touch. Lovely to have milk, tea and coffee supplied.

Great spot. Private. Homely. Everything you needed whilst you’re away from home. Hosts were very helpful and gave us directions to the racecourse, only known if you’re local 😉 Nice touch with the fresh milk, selection of tea/coffee/sugar etc and toiletries. Warm and cosy. Bed extremely comfortable, extra throws and blankets too. Definitely use it again, but need to be quicker off the mark.

From the outset Matt was responsive and answered any queries. Throughout our stay he was always on hand to assist whilst also leaving us to it and respecting our privacy. The property was exactly how it was listed and a in a nice area. It was easy to navigate the walk to the city centre and was quiet in the evening.

Thanks to Ash for accommodating us as we booked that afternoon. Great location for stroud, easy parking and easy to find (other side of the road from Waitrose if you want to cook as we did). Simple Instructions for everything in the flat, heating, tv etc. Great kitchen and breakfast area and comfy lounge. Would recommend highly, thanks for having us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cheltenham and Louise's place was a perfect base! Very warm and cosy, close to town but quiet. An added bonus having a late checkout due to bad weather. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore this area.
