The flat was very comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed. We were especially happy about the big, well equipped kitchen, as we often eat in.

Lovely place to stay next to a very interesting rural pub with friendly clientele and food! I thought the hosts were very responsive, generous and thoughtful and would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

We had a lovely stay at the apartment (2 adults and 2 children.)The property is beautifully furnished with a nice large lounge and ample sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms both spotless, with everything you might need a base for exploring Llandudno and the local area. The promenade is only minutes walk away, which makes a lovely walk into town, we didn’t use the car all weekend. It would be a great base for exploring Snowdonia too. Jon the host was very helpful throughout and we had the perfect stay.

We had a fantastic stay. It is a really lovely, well thought out space - even better than the photos. It is also a great location for getting outdoors (e.g., the west shore, exploring the Great Orme) whilst still being close to town centre / amenities - which was exactly what we wanted. Jayne was super helpful, friendly, and responsive - thanks from us all.

This is a beautiful bolt hole, looking out onto the beach. The flat is perfect- comfy beds, good shower, lovely decor and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob. It’s a neighbourhood with lots of independent shops and cafes and a handy corner co-op, and a glorious stroll along the promenade into town. Victoria was a great host - ensuring we had everything we needed for a small child and super-considerate on check-out, and we loved the flat. We’d come here again in a heartbeat.

I simply cannot overstate how lovely this stay was. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and nothing quite compares to the service I got from Ella. She was wonderful in every sense and made our stay. The place was just beautiful and I want to hire her to decorate my own home now!! The comfiest bed and sofa, a tasteful decor and amazing view. Lovely place to stay. Slept like a log here, the bed was comfy and the location was very quiet. Really nice inside and out you can tell this place is well looked after and cared about. Real home from home, had everything you would need including a bluetooth speaker. The place was spotless. Cosy and warm. No issues. However, we didn't bump into their doggy Lottie, she must have been busy. :-) Lovely location, so relaxing sitting outside in the sunshine watching the rolling hills. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic location and great space in Wrexham. We came to town for a match and the location was perfect. Walkable to the Racecourse making match day logistics a breeze. Also close to the train station so no need for transfers upon arrival or departure. If we are lucky enough to return to Wrexham I will definitely be looking to book again!

We were family of three adults stayed for three nights at Awen’s place. It was a lovely two bed room house well suited for our needs. The house located in a quiet street , supermarkets , pub, high street only 5 mins by drive. We had a lovely time exploring North Wales from Awen’s place and we felt like being at our own place. Ruthin a lovely town. I will definitely stay at Awen’s place again.

On behalf of my family thank you for a wonderful and very comfortable stay. It was everything we we hoped for given the circumstances, and the area was very quiet and very convienient. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

We were thrilled with this airbnb. It was beautiful and spacious. One of our party was in a wheelchair and was able to get around downstairs with ease. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for them (which is a room in it's own right, not the lounge with sofa beds as I thought from the pictures). The downstairs bathroom was also great for them. Gemma had put out ramps for the slight step on the entry door, and a step inside approaching the lounge. She had also rolled up the rugs to make it easier for them to get around. She was proactive and always responsive to texts. There was room for our four cars outside! We often saw Gemma go past with her beautiful horses and she stopped for a chat. I can recommend this place with enthusiasm, it is a haven of peace and comfort. (You don't need a code to get into the gate even though it looks like it from the pictures, but you will get a key-box code for the front door key a day or two before you get there).

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful village. We had the perfect weekend, the place was peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful and the village had the best restaurant (209).

Sarah's house is in virtually new condition, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Spacious with a great kitchen, tv and a bathroom with excellent bath and shower and unlimited hot water. Sarah's communication was terrific and nothing was too much trouble. one of the best Air BnB's ..... would definitely stay again when in the area.

The ground floor apartment is ideally situated . Leave the car in the designated bay. Turn right onto the main road and recommend the Royal Oak you just want a beer, a 5 minute walk. Turn left for the town centre, a 10 to 15 minute walk. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. Built in wardrobe and chest of draws, so plenty of room for a week's stay. Mark has provided all the things you need , although we only needed the kettle and microwave. There is a guide book which provides a great town walk covering the history of the amazing buildings and the town. If you travel further, it is good to know you have a designated parking space when you get back after exploring the area. Recommend a trip on the Sabrina which sails daily. Much Wenlock is worth a visit. Sunday Lunch at the Riverbank Bar and Kitchen is recommended, booking advisable.

A well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities at a reasonable price for extended stays. Ryan was quick and friendly in responding to any inquiries. Conveniently located within walking distance of the promenade, ideal for walking or cycling. Highly recommend for a solo retreat or a couple’s getaway :))

We loved our stay at Lucille’s cosy apartment. The apartment was very central to the town center and train station. We were given great recommendations from Lucille for local restaurants/takeaways which was much appreciated as we’ve never been to Shrewsbury before. The apartment itself was located on a quiet street, and had everything we needed for the weekend - utilities and crockery for cooking, TV with iPlayer etc. The flat was clean and had lovely decor inside. Thank you Lucille - we would love to stay again😊

This was our third time staying at Alyson’s wonderful apartment, and we loved it just as much as before! The place is perfectly clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it ideal for exploring. The added bonus of a parking space is incredibly convenient. Alyson is a fantastic host—super flexible and always easy to communicate with, which makes the experience stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again!

This was our second time here, as a family of 3 with dogs. Peter’s apartment was perfect for our short break in North Wales. It is extremely comfortable, warm and we felt right at home, with all amenities we needed. Peter is a great host, proactive and helpful with local information provided. Have recommended to family and friends and would love to return again soon.

Great place to stay for a trip to Llandudno, walking distance down to the promenade and beach, loads of cafes and Tribells fish and chips close by. We had such a lovely little holiday!

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable & Thoughtfully Equipped We had a wonderful stay at this annex in Shrewsbury. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully set up to make us feel at home. The hosts provided tea, coffee, milk, and snacks, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. All the instructions for using the appliances were clear and easy to follow, making our stay completely hassle-free. The hosts were also incredibly welcoming and let us know we could contact them at any time if we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic experience – comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!
