The property was clean, quirky and homely which was just what we expected. We already knew the location well and there were plenty of shops, eateries and supermarkets. It was just what our family needed to be together in the evenings after a family bereavement. Jane was lovely, friendly and very responsive despite being abroad at the time. There was everything you could wish for provided and a great dining room with drinks fridge for eating together. Thanks Jane for letting us stay in your unique home.❤️

A perfect base for visiting family. Had exactly what we needed and loved the extra touches of milk in the fridge and hamper of goodies in the kitchen. A very clever set up. Communication with Eira was easy, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Second stay at property: everything was catered for on this and previous visit. Great communication and hospitality. remains on list to use again.

Such a great place - as a previous review said: if you are considering it definitely do it! like staying in your own mini hotel - so interesting and quirky - great for a mixed group Rugby Six Nations in the snug complete with real fire close to the bar for some, pool tournament for some and champagne in the hot tub for others😊 Such a fab way to spend a big birthday Saturday. Kitchen was fabulous and, with it previously being a professional kitchen, everything was so accessible and easy to find. Breakfast hamper most welcome. In house dining by Viki was a real treat for our Saturday night. The beds were SO comfy...and so many fluffy towels everywhere! lovely setting - and the walk up Grinshill, as recommended by the hosts, was a must for those that do.. All in all the whole place and experience far exceeded my expectations for my extended family 60th birthday celebrations.. The pictures do not do justice to the size of the place.. Looking forward to our next visit

We had a lovely stay in Shrewsbury. The house was clean and full of everything you might need. Any questions and queries I had before the trip were answered promptly. The location was great. It was really easy to walk into the centre of town.

Spent 2 nights. Perfect for 6 of us. Clean, easy check in. 12 pound in taxi into town, asda 10 min walk away. Would return happily

Second stay at Martins cottage. Highly recommend staying here. I realised I didn’t have a USB plug, messaged Martin to ask if could help, moments later a plug arrived. Realised then my cable didn’t fit the USB plug socket, messaged Martin again and he arrived with a wireless charger unit moments later. Great place, peaceful, tranquil, warm (for the current cold nights) and most of all a really comfy bed for a good nights sleep!

The accommodation was beautiful, spotless and very welcoming. A very spacious property with everything you need and more. Great location and only a 5 minute walk to a Coop and a further 5 minute walk to the sea front with lots of shops and cafes. Derrick and Jenny were wonderful hosts and kept us well informed throughout and were very attentive. No issues with parking and check in and check out was very straightforward. The addition of the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher was very useful and much appreciated. My mum loved the dining room with the sunlight beaming into the room. The whole house had a lovely tranquil feel to it and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, 6 very satisfied guests who would love to visit here again! Thank you to both of you

The best air bnb i have ever stayed in. Carolyne has gone above and beyond providing more than she needed too. The apartment is not in town, its just outside, opposite a lovely little park. The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean, tidy and fresh. Carolyne is very easy to conact, speedy replies and knowlegable. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back to carolynes place. 5* I dont know what else to say other than perfect.

Once again we had a lovely stay at Grace and Daniel’s place! It always feels like home away from home and we’ve been spoilt with two welcome baskets, they’re lovely people and because of all that our family (either me and my son or my mum) chooses to return again and again :)

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Rob and Lisa’s. The hosts were amazing, helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful, pristine and the amenities are amazing. The 9 of us all commented what a great space it was to stay. Really close to nice bars and cafes on Lark lane and not too far away from the city centre (10 mins in taxi). I would absolutely stay again and would recommend anyone else to do the same! Thank you for our stay

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

Great location! Better for self driving but also walkable. Lovely host! Tracy and Michael are really nice and responsive, and very interesting people! Really felt at home. Lovely meadow and river around, wish we could stay longer. Great thanks to Tracy and Michael, and really love Rogen!!

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

I had such a lovely stay at Alyson's place. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the parking is a bonus, and it's a very short walk to the theatre where I was working. Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Maranne is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view. We recommend staying at Maranne's accomodation.

An excellent stay in the heart of the northern quarter in Manchester. Warren was a fantastic host and preempted any queries by sending thorough instructions and recommendations. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Really lovely stay here would certainly come back was a beautiful location and just a little walk to Liverpools heart as well. The hosts were great at communicating if we had a problem. Would recommend to anyone going to Liverpool

We had a great stay here. Mark was very responsive to any queries or requests. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and had a few extras we weren’t expecting. It was a great location for exploring the city, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk from the centre. Would highly recommend.
