Me and my family were in town for my brother's wedding and Caroline's place was perfect for us. It was very clean, very spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay! Caroline was very accessible and easy to communicate with! We loved our stay!

Toni was a great host! They were very responsive and accommodating when I had to make changes to our stay while my house was having work done on it. We had our dogs with us and they loved the fenced in back yard! Great quiet place for a family with pups! Would recommend to anyone.

Myself and my two brothers stayed at Kyle’s home for our first ever brother’s vacation. It was perfect for us. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened in patio area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at sue’s. She was so helpful and welcomed us like family. Everything was just as described and the pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s a quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were very polite. Beds comfortable, bathrooms very roomy with the perfect amount of towels, kitchen was huge and we enjoyed cooking in it. We had an overall great experience while we were there. We will definitely come back when the job brings us this way again.

Birdsong Cottage is a beautiful, spacious home. As soon as you open the door, you feel welcomed, especially with all of the extra touches. And the huge yard was such a bonus for our fur kids. We were in town for a wedding, & it rained daily, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside amenities, like the inviting swings & grill. Thomas, the co-host, was a joy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very accommodating, understanding, & friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We'd definitely book again if we were in the area, & Birdsong was available.

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hot tub and pool overlooking the water.

We enjoyed staying at this accommodation. Had a baby moon and spent my husband’s bday here and we both enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and well stocked up with necessities like towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries etc. It has a stunning view of the beach from the balcony and really we stayed mostly in our airbnb just to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and it was totally relaxing. It was almost at the edge of the island so of you want some privacy this is the prefect place to stay in. Benton also provided us with helpful recommendations of restaurants and activities that we can do in the island. If there is one thing, I think the room next door is undergoing renovation so you can hear some drillings but it did not bother us at all. We are totally looking forward to come back and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Melissa was quick to respond to a couple small issues and corrected them ASAP which was greatly appreciated! Condo has a higher end and lovely decor. There is a Beautiful view of the ocean from this condo😊 We would definitely come back again Thanks again Melissa! K

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

Really enjoyed staying in this beautiful property. Right on the beach with gorgeous views! Fully stocked kitchen was really nice as we cooked a few meals. Beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing on this gorgeous resort with many things to do. It was a perfect mini vacation for us. We will definitely be staying here again

We absolutely loved our stay at your home. There was more than enough room for everyone. The walk to the beach was easy for our family entire. Having all the beach essentials available so we didn’t have to bring them from home made life so much easier for this mom. I just at can’t say enough. I cannot wait to come back!!
