Everything was an amazing. This place was beautiful and my family will definitely be staying here again.

Mike and Shari are amazing hosts. this is our 2nd stay here and couldn't ask for more. They are quick to respond if there are questions, but don't bother you while you're there. We asked about some larger properties for bringing kids/grandkids in the future and they responded quickly and showed us 2 other properties that could work for us. The amenities are great also and the location is wonderful. I wish we could be down there more often. I would give them a 10 if the ratings didn't stop at 5.

We had a wonderful stay to attend a family event. The house is sparkling clean. We appreciate that they are pet friendly. The neighborhood is also nice and feels safe

Everything was great with this house. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. Close drive to all the places we wanted to go and very quiet neighborhood. Emily was in communication as need it, and kind enough to mail us a forgotten item. Thanks Emily.

Had a great and peaceful stay!

We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. Thanks to Oversee for the hospitality and the thoughtful touch with extra amenities.

Blake was a great host who offered clear instructions on everything (check-in, check-out, etc.) The house is beautiful & very similar to the pictures. It's within 30 minutes of Destin (fishing charters, shopping, etc.) and about 15 minutes to many public access points (free parking for the beach).

I would definitely be rent this property again when I’m in town

Natalie was super responsive when we extended our stay, and needed help getting back in. Only downside was the location, but my team and I were there during the snow when the bridge was shut down. Nothing the host could control.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

Brandon’s home was perfect for our Destin trip. The included golf cart was nice, although the location made so much of it walkable. The house had so many wonderful amenities and was as pictured.

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

Loved staying at the Purple sunset everything looks exactly what’s shown in the photos. Felt very safe in that neighborhood close to the beach ocean and several nice restaurants was able to walk 3 miles every day. I will definitely be staying again.

Demetrio was an awesome host he was very attentive and very helpful if there was anything we needed for air bnb. We definitely will be coming back to this house our kids loved it!

perfect location,grocery store and restaurants about 3 mins away. Beach is 10 mins away and all the accomodations were perfect. we loved the pool area our kids enjoyed to the max. super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. would definitely stay at this property again.

Amy is an absolutely fantastic host. She was very accommodating & the place was amazing. I highly recommend her place to anyone traveling to the area.

This little studio was perfect for me, my Mom, and my 3 year old in the cooler November weather. The sandy courtyard and covered carport (with a hot/cold shower!!) were absolutely perfect for him to play with the toys we brought and all of the toys in the bench storage. We also used Navarre Beach Golf Carts, so we easily (and fun!) accessed the public beach down the road. A few days we just cruised and walked the beach, but we also used the seemingly new chairs that were available. It’s an older building, but Jade has done a great job trying to update it. The fridge was a great size (not a college size mini fridge like some places have), and no one was staying above us which gave us privacy and unlimited access to the washer and dryer. Jade responded quickly to all of my messages before and during our stay and gave recommendations when I inquired about golf cart parking. I’d stay with her again!

Had a great time! Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Had all of the basic necessities we needed.

We had a great time. This place was perfect for us and our fur babies. Charles was great and offered pet friendly restaurants nearby. We will definitely return!

this was a perfect, cozy spot for us and our dog! the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet although in great proximity to the main roads, restaurants, and stores. I love the bright and shiny new tub in the master bedroom and the super soft towels!

This place is a true diamond 💎 and I hope I am able to secure it again when I come back. This place has so many positives: Very clean, high end appliances, Charmin toilet paper (this was a huge plus), the house is decorated to make you feel at home (I hated to leave), pet friendly, fenced in back yard (also in excellent condition), and awesome pillows. There are just too many things to list them all. One amazing thing: I had everything I needed to settle in and rest when I arrived; which is important after a long drive.

Great location, large yard for the pups, comfortable furnishings, big house, super-responsive owners, would stay here again!

Booked this place and got a different apartment than the one we actually booked, there are 5 units. We were actually happier with the one we got because the view was wonderful. The place is clean, close to everything and has an easy check-in & check out! I’d totally stay again. Shower was great, bed was comfy and it has everything you need!!
