This was a great place to stay based on location. It’s across from the pool and hot tub area. And about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It’s also easily accessible from the main road area. When we checked in, we had a little bit of an issue with heat being on and it being stuffy in the house. I sent a couple messages and it was shut off the next day. (The air/heat is controlled by the owner remotely). The kitchen has limited cooking supplies but had what we needed. The house is very roomy and the 7 of us enjoyed our time here. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Destin area.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

The place was nice but it smelled kind of musty and my mom has some asthma issues but dmitry was very kind and helped us get a refund due to my mom’s issue.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wished that our stay was a few more days long. The weather was not as warm as we had hoped for but we did enjoy the hot tub a few of the days and the pool on our last day. We ate in for most of our meals and pretty much had everything we needed to prepare them. We especially love the open design of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great and it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is almost equal distance to either airport, which definitely is a plus for those who are flying in. We hope to come to the area again and will definitely stay here if we travel with the same group of people.

My family and I felt at home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-equipped the house was. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable, cozy living spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedrooms were large and welcoming, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind. One of the highlights was the location—so close to the beautiful beaches, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. Grace is an amazing host and her recommendations made our vacation even more memorable. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Destin!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Very accomodating also! The house is beautiful and has everything inside youd need and our pets LOVED the fenced in backyard and the kids never wanted to get out of the pool! Will be coming back next year!

We had a great stay at George’s place. We had plenty of space for us to enjoy our time in Florida for a wedding. The place is beautiful, and equipped with all things needed as far as towels, toiletries, beach gear and all kitchen equipment. Would definitely stay again

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed! Everything was described as it is and we didn’t have any issues, we felt right at home! Dave was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions I had! We cannot wait to return!!

We stayed in this unit at the Palms for 6 weeks over the holidays. What a joy to be here at that time. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us!! Krystal’s place is gorgeous and pristine and no detail left undone!! It felt like home as soon as we moved in. We loved the huge sectional, the updates everywhere , the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of the ground floor unit.They spared no expense with the pillows and bedding!! OMG, you will sleep like a baby!!!! Also, they have about everything imaginable for kids and trips to the beach and pool… floats, boogie boards ,etc! You won’t have to bring anything!! If we had any questions Krystal responded quickly, which was so awesome. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling and saying hello!! We actually preferred the safety and security here over others that are directly on the beach. And the Palms is just stellar for an awesome Destin vacay at any time of the year!! We’ll be back!!!

Lisa greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful with direction and very nice. The location is excellent as it’s right across the street from the beach. Would visit again.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for everyone. The outdoor area was nice and big for our group. The host was extremely responsive. There is a $150 early check in fee if you want to do that. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

My family of 9 visited Destin and this place was BEAUTIFUL! Very spacious and gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The pool was beautiful at night and the balcony on 3 of the 7 bedrooms were so relaxing. Very responsive before and after bookings. It was very clean minus 1 small thing I saw at checkout. It was not enough to steer me away. We visit Destin/Miramar Beach often and will definitely book here again! Thank you so much for making our vacation a memorable one.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was beautiful and clean and had all the right amenities for time at the beach. The pool and hot tub was much appreciated. I especially loved all the outdoor patio spaces available. The beach is a short walk down the street and we were able to see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The location is perfect right off the mid bay bridge and close to shopping and dining.

Great place to stay with friends. Great pool in the backyard. Just few minutes from the beach. The host is nice and recommend us some local restaurants which are nice.
