We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Right across from the beach. Beds were comfy. Host is nice. If you like hunting for shells you will definitely find them at that beach.

Very much enjoyed our stay!! Really great property and very convenient location. We often spent our days in Rosemary and Seaside and both were very close by! Also so great to have some shops and restaurants just across the street! Public Beach access with great parking was only a 5 minute drive! Mitch was very responsive and informative (be prepared for a lot of messages and questions from the host). Overall we had a great experience. We felt cozy and right at home! I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

Our stay was perfect! The local suggestions on their profile were helpful, as we’d never been to the area. The home is VERY well stocked for a trip to the beach and all the kitchen essentials and then some!! Despite the attached townhome structure, the unit was very peaceful. Having the garage to keep sandy items out of the home combined with the shopvac for sand clean up for the car are some big pluses that set this unit apart from other beach rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Also, Simeon was very quick to respond to our messages and was able to help us replace a lightbulb in a matter of minutes! The community itself was very well kept and friendly. We met some full time residents who were happy to make suggestions for activities and food places. We visited both Crystal Beach (walking distance) and the state beach ($6 parking) both were equal travel time both have bathrooms and outside showers and ramps for wagons. We cannot wait to visit again.

We had a great week at Alecia’s place! The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We’d load up our wagon and set up for the day. Anytime we needed something from the townhouse it was a quick walk back. Great communication from Alecia as well. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the house it was in a great area, and loved the ability to let my dog outside with the fence in yard had no holes so I did not have to worry about my dog getting out, he is a older dog so he loved being outside more there then at home

This was our first visit to 30A and this location was perfect! The place was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with relaxing ocean views! Just steps to private beach access! The host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay for evacuation. Able to bring our cats which was 1 less thing to worry about. Could walk less tha 2 mins to grocery store, pet store, Ramen, Korean BBQ, Buffalo Wild Wings, McMcCallistMcCallisters, & Starbucks. quiet area

My family and I felt right at home. It was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. We loved how easy it was to get to the pool and The Bug Chill.

great spot. minute to the beach. wagon, chairs, and more provided made it simple to enjoy the day. the bunk bedroom was amazing. high quality built-in bunk beds. our kids slept comfortable and even had outlets in each bed to charge up devices while watching while calming down from a busy day. 100% recommend and will most definitely go back again!

Great, quiet location with a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious. The host is very thoughtful in the items that she has at the home. Two adults and 3 kids on this vacation and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay at Holly’s property in Destin! Holly was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I booked. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. I also appreciated the little touches, like the beach chairs available for guest use. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Destin!

Neals place on the bay was freaking amazing! Peaceful, relaxing and the ambiance was just fabulous. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Christian was great! Christian was responsive, friendly and respectful. He also let us in the home a little bit earlier due to us coming in early for our travel. The home was exactly how it was pictured. Definitely recommend

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay! I have been to places that didn't have any amenities. ( sheets, towels, toiletries etc.) This place has everything...beach towels, everything for the beach, pack and play, several hairdryers and curling irons. All the basic amenities and above and beyond that. The walking trails in neighborhood are so fun! Would love to go back again!

The old adage is true: location, location, location. This place is located within easy distance of many things, whether you want to walk, bike, or drive, but also just enough off the beaten path that you can enjoy sitting on the porch. UNLIKE so many AirBnB places these days - THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE. This is a real problem with so many other places - the pictures are several years old, many guests later, and a ton of wear and tear not depicted. Not the case here. Being "across the street" (across 30A) from the Big Chill is super convenient. Easy access to the paved trail system made walking, running, and biking to nearby places a breeze - including the Deer Park beach access, hiking trails, shopping, farmers markets, and grocery. Chip was super responsive and always friendly and helpful. During a neighborhood internet outage, Chip communicated repair ETA's several times during the day to keep us updated, and directed us to nearby hotspots to allow us to continue working.

Ashley is great and very responsive. This place is beautiful and right on the beach. Great for large gatherings.

The entire place was beautiful and very very clean. The decor was charming with lots of great ocean decorations. The downstairs has a fantastic view from the living room of the sand dunes and ocean. The kitchen is fully loaded . The kitchen table can seat 8 comfortably. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs and several lounge chairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms facing the gulf (one master and one king bedroom). The third bedroom faces the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The views from upstairs were stunning. The best part was that the beach was a 2 minute walk from the back deck. The beach is pristine with long stretches of beach in either direction. If you're into shell collecting, that's the beach to do it. As for restaurants, we liked Sailors grill at Juana's pagoda for breakfast and happy hour drinks. We saw schools of fish and pods of dolphins go by. We will definitely be back!
