This place is the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK. It was VERY clean with AMPLE space. The kitchen was stocked - the bedroom had multiple pillows/blankets/nice closet space. The hosts are very quick to address concerns. Overall; I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you stop by Destin.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was very spacious for me and my family, I loved everything about this place it’s around a lot of places and a park was right across the street and they also had a little market going on as well. We will book again thank you to the host they were wonderful

Este lugar es 100% recomendable la piscina al clima y limpia. Muy pero muy cerca del mar. Pudimos compartir en familia poner música y nadie se molestó por eso. Fácil de entrar y muy limpio. Tiene hasta un gran asadero y restaurantes muy cerca, la verdad quedé muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

10/10! Farah was so nice. The home was very clean and felt very much like home. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and how good it smelled. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. I really loved that all that was asked of me was to take out the garbage. Highly recommend and for an affordable price!

Marina was very responsive,friendly, and accommodating. The inside of the air bnb looked exactly like the pictures. Although it was rainy for my husband and I’s trip, Marina’s place was comfortable enough for us to enjoy ourselves inside.

Great place to stay in Seagrove! Perfect size for 3 couples and had everything we needed. Nice balcony with pretty partial views of the ocean and lake! Host and co-host were very responsive and were kind enough to allow us to have a flexible check-in, which was a huge help. We liked the amenities of using the pool and playing pickleball. Was nice that beach was walkable, although I think we misunderstood the instructions that they have lon their listing, as we assumed Eastern Lake access was the access point as seen from listing picture balcony view. We were told that access is actually private property for Beachside Estates, not villas and were told to move further down. The public beach access is still not far though from the property and is walkable if you don’t have a lot of heavy things. Still 5/5 and we would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the unit, very clean and looked better than the pictures! The last day we did hear the people above us walking/stomping but you can only hear it if you’re in the master bedroom, so recommend sleeping in the other room if you’re a light sleeper.

The best vacation home in Destin 🤩 Amazing host, kind, quick to respond and very friendly. The location is perfect, with an unbeatable price. The house is spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, pet friendly 🐶 and the beach is insanely close! We’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend! 10/10 🤩

Me and my family were in town for my brother's wedding and Caroline's place was perfect for us. It was very clean, very spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay! Caroline was very accessible and easy to communicate with! We loved our stay!

This space was a perfect getaway for my family including our Goldendoodle :). It was clean, spacious, quiet and private. It met all of our needs and provided everything as noted in the description.

Joe was phenomenal with his communication and quick turn around getting the house ready on short notice. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Helena and had a really hard time finding a place that would accommodate our dogs and boat. The yard is beautifully landscaped and my wife enjoy the garden space. It was very peaceful for her recovery from surgery. Joe was kind enough to allow her to take a clipping from one of his plants. Highly recommend this home. Perfect location as well. Definitely will make this our go to vacation rental in the future. Thank you Joe and your staff for making a stressful situation seamless.

I felt right at home here and would happily stay again! It was easy to find and close to town!

I was in the area for work, and John's place turned out to be perfect. Room for me to set up a work station and, most importantly, peaceful and quiet. This is a townhouse with neighbors adjoining on either side. But I did not hear anything from either side. Work and sleep were uninterrupted at all times. The place was clean and comfortable. And bonus: there is a legit Pacman arcade game for needed breaks. The place is also about a quarter mile from Publix, so extremely convenient.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful beach house. Pamela was a great host. Great location within 5 minutes walk your toes are in the sand. The sunsets are breathtaking. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Great coffee cafes close by. Dog friendly beach house that won’t disappoint. Pamela was extremely caring and kind we were evacuated due to the hurricane that hit the Sarasota area and Pamela was very kind in our last minute booking and was very kind in a special discount on her rates due to our circumstances of being evacuated from a Cat 4-5 hurricane in our area in SWFL. Pamela is the kind of host that you want to give your vacation rental dollars to. A kind and caring host. Don’t hesitate to book this beach house rental.

Had a lovely stay at Ragip’s place. We’ve stayed at many properties in the past and Ragip includes quite a few little extras that we normally need to plan a trip to the store to purchase or bring along on our trip. Typically we start the trip with one roll of TP so need to purchase more, soap, shampoo/conditioner, all supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. Location is great if you need groceries with a Publix across the main road. Beach is beautiful, pools are kept clean and heated, Tiki bar has nice tasty drinks. What more could you need?

Stayed at Eric’s place with 2 other colleagues while attending a conference. So close to conference center, shops and restaurants. A tram ride to the beach (which Eric provided passes and beach gear for). It was a great choice for 3 women instead of hotel rooms. Felt very safe walking about. Would choose to stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy condo. Close to lots of activities and right across the street from the beach. Would visit again!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Had a great time. Perfect for a family of 4. Exactly as advertised. Loved having the beach chair service provided. There was no access to the dock area but that wasn’t a big deal. Beach cart and chairs were provided. Plenty of dishes and cooking where for anything you’d like to cook up.

The host were absolutely amazing, we arrived a few hours earlier than expected and they still Gave us early access to the property, they were very helpful and responded really fast when I needed assistance or had a question Very nice people, very nice property, would LOVE to visit again. Definitely a recommended place to stay.
