Awesome stay! We had a group of 11, and it was such a great time. Wilmington downtown was not too far away and the Airbnb itself was close to lots of activities and restaurants and cute coffee shops. It was well decorated without being too cluttered. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet but not too quiet. The game rooms were a hit with the guests! Would stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable, the location was great for getting on the beach and going out to local restaurants, and the space was perfect for spending quality time together. Oak island stole our hearts! We will definitely be back!

Absolute Paradise! My stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by how thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed the home was. The attention to detail is incredible, every room feels like a luxurious retreat, and the blend of coastal charm with high-end finishes makes it feel both cozy and elegant. The outdoor space was a dream. We spent hours lounging by the pool, overlooking the ocean, relaxing under the stars, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The access to a golfcart and bikes were such a fun touch. Plus, the beach access was so convenient. The hosts truly thought of everything. The home was stocked with all the essentials (and then some). Host communication was prompt, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience. We loved the house…very quiet and private at Christmas time…very clean…I had many questions and Lindsey was very patient and prompt with her time…would definitely go back…

This home was perfect for our special weekend. It was very close to public beach access (3 min walk) yet felt very private and cozy. The wraparound porch was one of our favorite spots to sit with the dogs. Inside everything was comfortable and clean!! The home is right off a one way street so there is not tons of traffic. The restaurant off the nearby pier was great! All of our guests said they slept comfortably. We all fit in the house very well and had several spots to get some alone time as well. We were able to find everything we needed to properly cook in the kitchen. There were plenty of utensils and plates for everyone. The beach towels by the door came in handy to help get sand off the dogs before they came inside. There were doors everywhere to keep children or dogs contained to one area if needed. I highly recommend this home for all the reasons listed above along with the fact that the host was very responsive and gave us everything we needed to accommodate our stay. 5 stars

Great spot in a great location. Giant kitchen and plenty of room inside and on the front porch. Kitchen was big enough to host Thanksgiving! Everything was just as advertised and very enjoyable.

Amy’s place was amazing! It will definitely be a long weekend we cherish as a family for a long time. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and had the BEST views from the patio and even relaxing on the couch.

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

My family had such a great week at Palm Breeze. The house was clean, all details were spot on. It was quiet and a safe neighborhood. George was always available if we needed anything. Check in and out was a breeze! Thanks for a great week. We plan to return very soon!

This was such a beautiful property! Even better than the pictures. The back porch was perfect for watching the sunset on the beach or having a relaxing nap while listening to the waves! The kitchen and rooms were the perfect size for our group of 6 adults. We had a blast. The hosts were so kind and we will definitely be coming back! Oak island is wonderful and the house is close to fun restaurants. We loved koko cabana and shagger jacks!! Definitely recommend staying at this house!

We lived our stay in Carolina Beach @ Kevin & Katie’s place! We had plenty of room for our growing family. Enjoyed the grill and fire pit behind the house. Found fun things to do locally - beach, park, & aquarium. We would definitely recommend to others and will come back ourselves!

We loved our stay at Diana’s place! Her home was perfect for our family and provided plenty of things to do to settle in for a long weekend inside and outside of the home. We really enjoyed the playrooms close proximity to the kitchen/living room. Her home was well thought out for all ages!

We were very impressed from the start on how well kept this home is. We felt right at home from the start. The kids loved the pool and the large back yard to play frisbee!

We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

Juliet’s house exceeded our expectations. The house has everything you need, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and it is in a perfect location. We needed a comfortable, relaxing place close to the ocean and Juliet’s place was exactly this. Juliet was very responsive and always provided the right information. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

This was one, if not the best stay my wife and I have ever had. From the moment of booking until we locked the door on our last day, Rebecca was a perfect host. The house looked exactly like the photos, in some cases it was even better. The pool is the real standout here, it was set up beautifully and pristine. It felt like a private oasis, but in the heart of Wilmington. If you're on the fence about which airbnb to book, pick this one, you and your family will not regret it. The kitchen is great, the living room area has plenty of seating and a large TV. The rooms are nice and have plenty of space. If you're anything like me, I pour over in reviews trying to get honest information, this airbnb is hands down one of the best.

Andrea was very responsive with all communication. She is so kind and understanding. The house was beautiful and as described. Beach access was right across the street which was so convenient. The pool was our lifesaver as hurricane Debby dampened our stay, the kids could get out and swim in between the rain. There is many places to sit on each deck and the deck off of the living room was our favorite spot. You can see the ocean just about anywhere in the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
