Our stay went really well! This place is really close to the beach, parking was easy, and it was put-together and clean. Sabine responded quickly with any questions that we had. I would recommend if you’re wanting to have nice, relaxed beach trip.

You can't beat this location. The parking lot is directly across the street, but we ditched our vehicle for the majority of our stay because everything is walkable from this apartment. We commented numerous times that this location is about as good as it gets in Wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

Happy Daze was the perfect slice of paradise for a much needed get away! The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck relaxing and reading, soaking in the most beautiful weather. Mikey was extremely kind and very easy to get in touch with! Will definitely recommend Happy Daze to friends & family! Hoping to stay again in the future!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Nice apartment close enough to downtown!

Great location. Quick walk to multiple coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable. Shower takes a few to get hot, but once it does, a great experience. Everything you could possible need.

The review provided was actually not the Salty Seahorse, but to a single home in Kure Beach, one block from the ocean. Due to an unforeseen maintenance need, Carrie Ann reached out and offered her newly acquired Kure Beach home for our upcoming stay in Wilmington. Host, Carrie Ann, was very attentive and accommodating and luckily had a location where we could stay. The home was spotless, very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen - plenty of everything needed! The bathroom provided toiletries and an ample supply of linens. The furniture was comfortable, including the porch table, chairs and umbrella - where we enjoyed coffee each morning. There was a slight drain issue to which we reached out to Carrie Ann and she immediately responded. The problem was quickly and thoroughly dealt with within about an hour of my reaching out to her. I would highly recommend this home and, Carrie Ann exceeded my definition of a super host or prime host! Excellent experience!

Great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay on Carolina Beach. Easy access to a great beach location and perfect amenities!

We loved our week long stay here, with a great cozy atmosphere and all you could need and more it made the visit a breeze! Gladly come back anytime we’re in the area.

This is our second time staying at this home and it’s hands down our favorite place. It’s extremely walkable while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in backyard if you’re traveling with pets! Everything is clean and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. We will definitely try to get this home again when we’re scheduling our vacation next year!

Martins place was in a great location for working at Brunswick nuclear plant. Everything was pretty clean and as shown in the photos. Nice quiet location in a very nice subdivision over looking a golf course. parking was a little cramped with 4 large trucks but with Martin's understanding we made due. We would definately stay there again. Martin was also very accommodating with us not knowing exactly how long we would be there.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

This beautiful art filled home is perfect to just get away from it all. When you walk inside your met with a calming ambiance. It just feels like home and the art, as well as the selections of artsy things to do in the home are extraordinary. I can't say enough nice things about Renato either. Perfect host, and so quick to reply to messages. I never had to call him because he responded within minutes to any message I sent him. If you're coming to Wilmington and want a home away from home in a central location check this place out.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. the condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. My favorite part of the condo was the large outdoor patio with comfortable seating. The weather was so wonderful that when we were not on the beach we were on the patio. We ate at some great local restaurants, but the kitchen seemed fully equipped for cooking with herbs and cooking oil, etc. supplied. Also a great little coffee shop was just a block or 2 away. The public beach access was just a block away as well. Parking was convenient just below the condo. Tony was a very responsive host and even let us know the condo was available for early check-in the day we arrived. Thanks Tony!

We honestly loved the place to begin with, it was relaxed and in a quaint setting, not too many people. The condo was amazing and stepping into it was a breath of fresh air. 10/10 would def come back!

We had a great time at Suzanne's place for my mom's 70th birthday getaway. Wrightsville is a favorite of ours and being right on the ocean was fantastic! Plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony was perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. I really got a workout on the stairs, but that would not stop me from booking with them again. It was worth every step. Can't wait to book with you all again in the future!!!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The only downside (which Wendy can't control) is that the beach access right in front of the condo was closed due to erosion.

I enjoyed my stay right across the street from the beach. This was an awesome solo vacation. The condo looks just like the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy's place! It's was perfect for a quick get away from reality. We parked our car and didn't get back into it again until we left. Everything was in walking distance. Lots of great food options and live music if you're on the weekend. I will keep Amy's place on my list of repeat places to visit again in the future.
