We had an amazing stay at Dustin’s place! We had a group of 9 ladies who fit perfectly with plenty of cozy beds and linens. The location was very walkable and we felt safe. We walked over to Barcocina Lakeview on Friday, and then jumped on the train to River North on Saturday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We had a couple of questions during our visit, and Dustin was speedy on the replies! Everyone in the group said the experience was 10 out of 10. We hope to visit again.

Staying at Kim’s was fantastic! This house is beautiful and was the cleanest place I have stayed. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance and so many just a short drive away. I could tell a lot of time and thought was put into this house. Everything I needed was already available and even things I didn’t think about which was very nice. She was very timely with all of her responses and helped me with any questions I had. I cannot recommend Kim’s house enough! I look forward to hopefully staying here again on future trips to Chicago.

Adam was a phenomenal host and clearly takes meticulous care of his beautiful property. Everything from design to functionality is well-thought out for a group of friends traveling together. My bachelor weekend in Chicago was phenomenal. Adam's place was a great place to recharge each day. Thank you!

Tian’s row-house was spacious and comfortable! Great for large groups with kids. 4 bedrooms had doors on them, and the 2 extra sleeping spaces were not enclosed, so better for kids (bunk beds). Kitchen was well appointed, open to the dining and living rooms, making the open plan common space really spacious. We were a group of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet at night, sleeping was never a problem, and the beds were comfortable… plenty of extra pillows, blankets, etc. The 2 and a half bathrooms were also large and roomy. We mostly used Uber to get to downtown Chicago, although there is a train stop nearby. It usually took about 20 minutes and cost around $30. This was economic for us since we didn’t want to rent a car and navigate independently. The price for this extra large property was great, given all the comfortable space we got! We had a wonderful stay there.

This was our second stay at Rita’s and we found it very accommodating and great of an experience as our last visit. The neighborhood is in a great location and it is cozy and quiet. The property was extremely clean. We would be happy with staying here again in the future.

Molly & Brian were incredible hosts, and we felt so grateful to find their place! We spent two weeks there and had a wonderful time. The home was stocked with everything we needed (linens, towels, etc) and even had a little spice drawer and coffee in the kitchen. The home was BEAUTIFUL, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. Our pups loved romping around in the back patio, which was so convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and the WiFi worked great. The neighborhood was also very cute and parking was a breeze. We will seek this place out the next time we’re heading to Chicago!

My family of four (two kids) stayed here for a few nights before a flight at Chicago O’Hare. We really enjoyed the comfortable home and slept well! Jill was so kind and helpful. We really loved the area as well- walkable to a super cute street of shops and restaurants! We also appreciated the garage and felt very safe. We would stay here again!

What isn’t to like about this place? Amazing building, incredible views (from the unit I was in), beautiful unit, great amenities, perfect location, friendly staff. I will be staying here whenever I visit Chicago in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The parking garage connects directly to the building's elevator so very easy to unload and head up. The pool was great [same floor as this apartment] and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean. Checkout was easy too. The location is just perfect with so much within walking distance. Cloud9 was also very responsive. We'd reserve here again.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is much more spacious than we were expecting and there was more than enough storage space for our luggage. We were disappointed a bit at the poor quality of the beds but appreciated the thoughtfulness of the noise machines to aid in good sleep in the middle of the city. We would absolutely stay here again!

This airbnb would be good for 2 couplesnorna family of 4. The kitchen is verynfuntional, and the living space is open and quite large. Check in/out instructions are clear. Beau was very responsive.

Nice and warm place for the Thanksgiving week despite the cold weather of Chicago.

Definitely a great stay! October 1st and we were swimming! Decor is amazing! Tv was easy to figure out and had lots of options. We had a busy day before and after our stay so we used Michael’s pool house as a relaxing stay in between and it was perfect

We had an enjoyable weekend in Chicago. Due to the cold weather, we spent more time in the rental than we had anticipated and it was so very relaxing. The unit is two floors with the bedrooms and main bathroom on floor 28 and then the kitchen/living area on the floor above. The view of the city was spectacular. The location was great for what we had hoped to do (walk around Millennium Park, Art Institute, Michigan Avenue and also drive to Science and Industry Museum and the Pullman District). The instructions from the owners were very detailed. We only had one issue with getting the thermostat to run as expected (the apartment was at a comfortable temp so heat was working, just not according to the thermostat) and the owners were very prompt at helping trouble shoot and sending someone over to look at it.

This place is a great location for almost anything one would like to do in Chicago. Close to train lines, plenty of surrounding restaurants and grocery stores, and parking was a breeze. Also Kevin was a wonderful host and this apartment was exactly what I needed for the stay.

The place was newly remodeled, very clean and organized. Everything in the apartment was well stocked and very livable, including Roku access to open your own subscriptions Hulu, Netflix, etc. Please be aware that the location is a basement with a relatively steep flight of stairs, with safety lips on the edges.

Terrific location, quiet building, comfortable space. This was the perfect place for me during my time in Chicago. Kaye is super responsive and helpful and I will definitely return!

it was a very good stay the place was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable! The only comment I would have was regarding the staircase getting into the apartment which was very narrow and difficult to drag suitcases up! While this was not really an issue for us I would suggest mentioning it in your listing so that in case elderly people come they know what to expect. Overall great stay!

This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The beds are very comfy, the comforts are wonderfully soft. Basic toiletries and kitchen essentials are provided. The location is excellent for us, as we have young grandchildren and a dog, both enjoyed wicker park. Many restaurants are close enough for walking.

I really can't think of anything I would change about this airbnb. Location was great with lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. It was very clean and spacious with all the dishes, towels, extra bedding, etc that we could possibly need. I loved that the bedrooms had ceiling fans and beds were very comfortable. It was also a huge plus that there are two bathrooms with showers in each. Hien was very responsive when I had a couple questions. I definitely hope to stay here again.

What you pay is what you get. We didn’t come to Chicago to cook, so kitchen wasn’t an essential part of our amenities. Aside from that, it’s the best bang for our buck. The hosts are lovely people and I would come back to this place again! Loved it

This home was lovely made so by the lovely owners and caretakers. Everyone was responsive and very kind. I was traveling with my mom, who is not typically comfortable staying in hotels or anywhere outside our home, and even though we had so many questions, the team was always there for us, were helpful and did not judge. Thank you so much for everything.

Great stay for two months while we shopped for an apartment in Chicago. The location is fantastic—walkable to tons of restaurants, bars and the L. And Wendi's apartment was fully stocked, from kitchen to bathroom, with the things we needed to feel at home for two months.
