We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

What a stunning property, everything you need and everything clean, perfect and very quiet. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

A very comfortable and peaceful thatched cottage on a quiet country lane. Beautiful walks (and runs) from the door. Good central location for the broads and the coastline is within easy reach. There's a good pub just a few minutes away. We recommend this cottage and will hopefully return in the future.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Top marks for peace and tranquility-just what was needed. It was clean warm and comfortable, and well equipped. It was great to be so close to Fellbrigg Hall with lovely walks through the woods just across the road. We ate out in Cromer and Holt, neither being a long drive away, on the nights we didn't eat in. Just worth noting the track to the accommodation was bumpy with pot-holes, so might be a challenge with a lot of rain! It wasn't too long though.

Just loved everything about this little place. The property was spacious yet cosy. Everything anyone could need was provided and parking just outside the door was so convenient.

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here! So cozy, quite and exactly what you need to just get away Beds are comfy, so clean, kitchen has everything you need, log fire is a great bonus for cozy nights Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay here; both the house and garden are just beautiful. The house is super clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable break. The kids thought the tiny doors were hilarious and loved having their own room with a 'secret' entrance! Thank you, would definitely recommend :)

Thank you both so much for an amazing weekend away. We cannot speak highly enough of the cottage, the garden, the scenery and our wonderful hosts. The cottage itself is beautifully presented. Everything is immaculately clean and tidy, all provided equipment and consumables are of very high quality. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and snacks! We loved seeing the chickens and Merlin the dog (so cute), as well as the abundance of birds in the garden area each day. This is the perfect setting for a peaceful break away. Diane and Colin were very welcoming and kind. We'll definitely be back in future.

I stumbled Accross this Airbnb quite by chance and I was blown away. I have now visited over and over again because the location is close to family. I always feel right at home. The cottage has everything I need for my stay, plus the hosts make it super cozy and welcoming with afternoon tea on arrival (I live for those scones) a fire at the ready to create ambiance and warm the living area, plus some bubbly and amazing coffee to relax with. I travel from the US so these details upon arrival make me feel very welcome.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to visit nearby National Trust places and the coast. The property is a cosy but spacious cottage with the facilities you would expect at home. Diana was responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The information pack supplied in the cottage was very good and the welcome pack of ‘goodies’ much appreciated. We would happily stay again.

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

The cottage looked exactly like the photos and was perfect. Very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and the kitchen had all we needed. Milk and biscuits on arrival were very useful. Denise was so helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

We had a lovely stay at puffin cottage. The location is excellent for exploring southwold and enjoying the beach. Em’s place is beautiful - spotlessly clean, easy check in and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

My husky Trevor and I stayed at The Round House for 4 nights whilst my fellow pilgrims resided at The Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Such beautiful and tranquil surroundings - a real treat for the soul.
