The location was perfect, with the public library, parks, and shopping nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Shawn and their property highly enough.

this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

Fred's place was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip. The space was clean and the perfect size for four people. The restaurant across the street is convenient and it's a quick drive to Kansas City.

My son and I loved our stay! It was only eight minutes away from Great Wolf Lodge, conveniently, with the convenience of being able to make your own meals! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Jake’s place! He is very responsive and his place was gorgeous. I loved how all the light switches were labeled! The shower was amazing, and there are so many high tech upgrades. There was some street noise but that is to be expected given the location.

This place was just perfect for our weekend in Kansas City! It was close to everything, easy to find, comfortable, clean, and kid friendly! We appreciated the off-street, safe, well-lit parking area. The host, Ruth, was wonderful! Super quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely recommend it to any friends/family visiting KC! Thank you!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Carrie's house in a quiet neighborhood. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and the kitchen appliances and bathroom were squeaky clean. The location was perfect to access a variety of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again!

Tristie was very responsive and a great communicator. We wanted to check in early, which she couldn't accommodate, but she tried her best. Two of the beds (one on the 3rd and one on the 2nd floor) were really comfortable. The 2nd floor bedroom had a nice fireplace. It would of been nice if the TV in the 2nd floor bedroom was a Roku, but we liked that the rest of the TVs were and that all bedrooms had TVs. We had to purchase our own shampoo and conditioner as one of our friends is really picky. The only thing that future guest should know is that the front door lock is really slow to lock and unlock so be patient.

Great place for our family to stay near the city. The place was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Scott has great recommendations for local places to visit. We walked to the local bakery for breakfast which was delicious! The drive into the city to see all that KC has to offer was quick and simple. We spent the morning on the screen porch with a cup of coffee and were back out in the evening to relax before bed. This home was one of the highlights of our family vacation.

This updated property was very spacious for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean, and comfortable; one bathroom has a step-in shower that was perfect for our multigenerational family. I was impressed by all the kid-friendly amenities: a closet full of games and toys, a yard game (found in the garage), not to mention the air hockey, foos ball, and video games in the basement. The host was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We enjoyed our family weekend and hope to return when in the area.

Really great house in a location close to everything including entertainment, shops, restaurants & downtown! Beautiful, cosy home with enough space for you & your friends. Extremely enjoyed the time we spent, it was beyond worth it.

The house was perfect and met our needs well. David was very communicative and responsive. The house located in a great area- many restaurants and other convenient businesses are nearby but it's also in a quiet, cute neighborhood and has a large backyard which was great for our dog. We did keep her on a leash, full disclosure. Thanks for letting us stay!

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
