Tracey has been a great host over the last few weeks very helpful and quick responses to anything we needed thank you for having us we will be booking again in the near future

We had a superb stay at Neptune Cottage. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and there was a lovely welcome bottle of wine and breakfast provisions on arrival. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach and leave the car. The coastal bus also stops nearby and runs along the coast. A great family holiday in the sunshine.

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location is perfect. The surrounding woodlands and white sandy lakes make for amazing walks and picnic spots. Lorraine was incredibly thoughtful and provided us with lovely necessities on our arrival. An absolute gem.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

I spent a comfortable night at Ian’s home in Bourne. Enjoyed a splendid dinner at the town’s Italian restaurant.

Lesley's house was easy to find and parking on the drive convenient. She was very welcoming, easy to contact and very helpful with the local area. Her home was well presented and clean throughout. The bedroom was spacious and the large bed very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The private bathroom was immaculately clean with bath and shower again with quality shower gel, soap and towels provided. There was plenty on offer for breakfast with an excellent range of branded cereals, yogurt, bread, spreads, eggs and more. I was there for the parkrun at the Yarborough Leisure Centre (Alphabet "Y") and the Lincoln 10k so the location was perfect for this. The walk to the Cathedral at the top of Steep Hill took me around 30 minutes and did involve some steps initially. This would be something to consider if you were wanting to spend time in the centre of Lincoln.

Had a really lovely stay at Miranda's house. She was friendly, welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The house was beautiful and the room spotlessly clean/divine, the bed linen was fresh and the room itself had everything you might need for a long, or short stay. It was the little touches that clearly showed she cared about her guests, and I really couldn't fault our stay there. If all AirBnB's were like Miranda's the world would be a better place.

Stayed just one night with John and Christina on a trip around the Norfolk coast; one of the best AirBnb experiences ever. They were exceptionally friendly, and we very much enjoyed our conversations together when we were shown our our room and over a delicious breakfast. They were very communicative and gave great recommendations for Norfolk. The room itself was beautiful; well decorated, comfortable with multiple thoughtful touches. Quite sorry to not have stayed longer, would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying again if possible ~ Thanks again!

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed. The host was really responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Fab stay in a peaceful location on an old farm. Our room ‘The Roost’ was just what we needed. Clean. Nicely presented. Tea, coffee and biscuits! 1 min to a good dog walk path and 5 mins down the lane to the beach. No fuss breakfast with a very friendly and informative approach. Eggs from the farm too. Would definitely stay again and no hesitation in recommending. Thanks Nigel for your hospitality.
