This house was as described and just like the pictures. Nate was very responsive and really helpful and understanding. It’s close to the main strip and the neighborhood is nice and the neighbors were really friendly and helpful also.

Just as described, he was super responsive with all questions, in a perfect location for riding,lots of parking and didn’t have to worry about us all fitting definitely will be back

We had a great stay. Loved all the bedrooms for each person to have a private space. You can tell a lot of work has gone into updating the home with likely even more to come. Perfect area to access trails. Grocery store nearby as well. There is a train that comes thru some if you are a light sleeper. Good parking area for our 5 trucks/trailers. Would definitely love to stay again.

Great little house. Was super close to trails. One right beside the driveway and two within a 5 minute drive plus it's a 8 minute drive into town.

This place is very spacious. The amount of room you have exceeds what you think you could have in a mobile home. Heather was very accommodating in letting us check in early and allow us to enjoy our time away early. We had everything we would have at home. We were there to ride the Hatfield &McCoy trails and this is close to 2 systems. The only downside and this is not on Heather is that Welch and Pineville roll up the streets early. Check restaurant close times if you are looking to eat out, especially on Sundays. If you are looking to eat at the house you will have everything you need, including a crock pot.

Holli was an AMAZING host, she was very responsive and an extremely sweet soul! the house was absolutely stunning as well as outside! it made for the perfect little weekend getaway!

Had a wonderful stay. Jason was great to work with right off the bat from making sure we had plenty of parking room, to making sure we had everything we needed our whole stay. Beds were a little stiff but absolutely loved the house and location! The town was wonderful and the locals were very welcoming.

We came down for a long weekend and rode sxs at Burning Rock. We took the road which is legal, it only took about ten mins to get there. We enjoyed being able to ride straight from the home. Peggy answered all my questions, leading up to our stay. And the house was exactly as pictured. For the neighborhood having a lot of house around, it was quiet.

We stayed four nights to ride Hatfield McCoy trails and it was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy the place was exactly like the photos showed and was close to the trails. Can’t say enough how helpful the host was on being able to get directions and where to turn around at. We will definitely be back in the spring.
