Bradley was a lovely host, professional, polite, and helpful. The company that is used to manage or clean the property were also great, very responsive and professional. The house was beautiful, a little bit of wear and tear but absolutely nothing to bother me in any way. The hot tub was excellent and very much enjoyed! There were towels, the linens were clean and stylish, toilet roll and hand soap provided as well which is great as I forgot to bring any! The house was huge too! And perfect location. Lovely neighbours. Drive big enough for my 7 seater. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon. Thanks Bradley x

A lovely, homely place to stay for a family get together. Very comfortable bedrooms Lovely main bathroom Great facilities, with plenty utensils and so on. Thoughtful touches like a collection of board games, films etc. Kitchen diner is a great place to all get together and hang out of an evening.

Mike and Pamela were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. the house was huge! so much space and really well equipped. games for the kids, hot tub, lots of cutlery and crockery, plenty of pillows and towels. everywhere felt clean too. location was good, we didn't walk far as dad walks with a stick and brother on crutches! but you could have easily. plenty of retail parks nearby and the marine lake was a lovely walk. would absolutely recommend!

Great place for family, host is very friendly…We enjoyed our 2 days stay, very peaceful and lovely jacuzzi. If you want a great time then this is defo the place.

Great stay for a large group; lots of beds for all. Fantastic location - quiet neighbourhood but convenient to get into the centre. Responsive host. Highly recommended, would stay again!

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.

We had a great stay. The house was in a beautiful location, right on the estuary. Plenty of beach for walking. Beds were comfy and ample linen and towels were provided plus a great welcome hamper. The games room provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was lovely for relaxing in after a busy day. The nearby rock park/quarry was a really interesting day out. We also enjoyed a meal out at the King William IV in Kirksanton. Jenny was a great host and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, with a very homely feel. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. there was 14 of us ( all adults) staying there for one week, we get together at least once a year and hire properties of this size throughout the uk, and we have all agreed that this has been the best one that we have stayed at to date. We were very lucky weather wise and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony taking in the view which is beautiful. We have two chefs in our group and they have said that the kitchen facilities are excellent. The lounge is rather tight for 14 adults, however I suspect that it was larger at some point and has been reduced in size to accommodate the bedroom next door which caters for disabled guests, the size of the lounge did not cause us any discomfort. There are plenty of of board games provided for all ages, incase the weather keeps you indoors. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this house.

This place was beautiful. The area was private and peaceful right on the edge of Becon Fell national park so could access a walk within seconds of check in, which we loved. The lodge had everything we needed too it was a home from home. The hosts provided bread milk and fresh eggs too on arrival and they were delicious and such a lovely touch. Beds were really comfortable and all the facilities were great. The hot tub was great too, however it’s quite hard to get started if you’ve not got any experience starting a fire. The owners provide information and a video but we didn’t spot this until several failed attempts. However once it was going it was amazing! And a real perk of the lodge. I would highly recommend this stay.

Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

We had a lovely time! He kept us up to date with check in and allowed us to check in at 11:00am which was very kind! He thoroughly gave us a tour of the Lakeland Leisure Village and Lodge whilst also providing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be recommending to others and hopefully staying again at some point in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at the lodge for a surprise birthday visit! The host set up some balloons for a little extra and it made the stay even better. So many lovely extras like the hot tub, welcome box, robes and slippers and lots more that made it feel homely. We both didn’t want to leave!

Hosts were super friendly and helpful, the site was in a great location for walks, hot tub had a great view. All facilities were clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

Amazing stay for a getaway. Pod was immaculate and furnished very well. Hot tub is the definitely the hiighlight of this place; atmosphere and ambience has been designed well for it. Tom was helpful and always active to respond to any queries. The welcome booklet was handy as it had sightseeing recommendations and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Ash’s place. He could not have done more for us to make sure our stay was just what we wanted. Caravan has everything you need and every detail thought of. The site itself is peaceful, clean, tidy, yes it’s under construction but it did not affect our stay. We went to chill in the hot tub and escape reality which is exactly what we got. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely go back.
