El piso muy amplio y con buena terraza , limpio y ordenado , piscina tranquila y con un gimnasio muy nuevo. Ramón muy amable y muy pendiente en todo momento. La única pega es que tienes un paseíto hasta la playa .

El apartamento está genial, muy nuevo todo y superlimpio. La urbanización donde está es fantástica y ubicada en sitio estupendo. Y Denia nos encantó. 10 SOBRE 10

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Liegenschaft gibt es auch einen Fitnessraum (wurde von uns rege benutzt) und noch 2 Pools wie auch Tennis, Fußball, und Basketball-Platz. Die Pools haben wir dann letztendlich nicht benutzt, da es zum schönen Strand Poniente nur einen 5-minütigen Fußweg ist. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20Min. zu Fuss. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige Nachbarn unter uns, welche praktisch täglich, bis tief in die Nacht und morgens früh auf der Terrasse laut diskutiert, geschrien und gestritten haben. Wir hatten aber eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung, haben es sehr genossen und werden hoffentlich bald wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin Paola ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, schnell erreichbar und reagiert auf Anfragen umgehend. DANKE Paola für die wunderbare Zeit!

Piso muy bonito en una muy buena urbanización...Tiene locales comerciales, restaurantes,supermercados muy cerca...vistas increíbles y no muy lejos de la playa..paradas de autobús cercanas también..Maribel es muy amable y nos orientó en sitios para comer visitar. Alma estuvo pendiente también..lo recomiendo y si vuelvo repetiré sin duda..La única pega es que casi todo el mundo es extranjero y había pocos niños con los que mis hijos socializaran para jugar al fútbol o baloncesto..pero es una opinión por ir con niños..lo demás estupendo...

Todo fenomenal, la única pega que hemos visto es falta de equipación en la cocina, como por ejemplo, bolsas de basura, papel de cocina... Y en el baño más rollos de papel. Por lo demás todo fenomenal, estancia de 10. Repetiremos.

A very comfortable stay in the centre of Calpe. Very close to the beach and with some great local restaurants nearby. The flat had everything one might need for a holiday stay. Would gladly stay here again.

Het verblijf was uitstekend en centraal gelegen. Alles zag er fris en schoon uit en wij hebben allemaal ontzettend genoten. Heel praktisch en genoeg ruimte. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en een baby. Nuria is een uitstekende host en heeft voor ons alles perfect verzorgd. De communicatie met Nuria is goed, duidelijk, behulpzaam en snel. Bedankt Nuria voor de goede zorgen en je gastvrijheid. Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze tijd in Denia. Tot snel in Denia

Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento. La comunicación ha sido estupenda y el apartamento está en una céntrica pero sin ruido. Puedes ir andando a todas partes y además tiene aparcamiento. Muy recomendable. Gracias

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, lots of nice extras, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt etc. The balcony was huge with all the furniture you’d need, although quite windy as it’s at the top of a hill on the 30th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The storage space could be better ie more droors, hangers in the wardrobe. Plus more cutlery & crockery, there’s a dishwasher but we couldn’t use it as there wasn’t enough to have one set in and one to use. The 2 seater sofa not the most comfortable. Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay, the location is perfect and Juan was always on hand. We will defiantly return.

Super mooi appartementencomplex met alle luxe die je ook in een hotel hebt. Communicatie met Jorge is goed, hij stuurt alle benodigde informatie ruim van te voren door. Tip: geen grote auto huren ivm de kleine parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage.

Amazing apartment, really spacious and lovely interior! We spent a lot of time at the port & beach which was about a 20 min walk & we got taxis to playa de Arenal for about €12 which took 10 mins max. Great location for the old town (3 min walk), although the old town was very quiet in March (but very pretty). Wiebe was a great host and replied really quickly. Would recommend!

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

Dieser host war immer gut erreichbar und trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hat uns für 3 Monate einen guten Standort für ein Homeoffice geboten. Hierher fahren wir gerne wieder.

A wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated townhouse – a home away from home. Spread across 3 floors, the house is spacious, stylish, & extremely well-equipped. The ground floor features a garage big enough for two cars, a gym with weights and a cross trainer, plus an en suite bedroom with a terrace. The first floor is the heart of the home – a stunning open-plan living and dining area with a huge dining table, cosy fireplace, smart TV, and a well-designed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There's also another en suite bedroom and a separate guest WC. The top floor boasts a luxurious master suite with a bath, double shower, utility room, study space, & a private roof terrace. The weather wasn't on our side during our visit, but the house was an absolute haven. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing by the fire, and making the most of the beautiful space. Inge has done an incredible job creating such a luxurious and welcoming home. She's a wonderful host, highly recommended.

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en casa de Elena. La casa es tal cual las fotos y cumple las expectativas. Tiene todo lo necesario y el exterior es precioso. Ella ha sido super amable en todo momento. Hemos estado muy agusto! :)

Det var ett kjempefint opphold. huset levde opp til forventningene og Arno var fantasisk å sammarbeide med. var ett stykke fra Calpe sentrum men dette viste vi på forhånd. Taxien kom fort så derte va ingen problem. appen Glovo var fantastisk for å få dagligvarer levert hjem til huset med gratis levering. Tusentakk for eit fint opphold Arno, kommer nok tilbake🤩

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!
