el apartamento es muy bonito con una terraza agradable. las camas son muy cómodas. y core una brisa maravillosa en todo el apartamento, no hizo falta poner el aire. aún que haya una cuesta para subir de la playa o del centro, las vistas preciosas merece la pena. volveré sin dudas

Martijn and Willem are fantastic. They welcomed us very well and provided useful information on the area (beaches, supermarkets and places to eat in the evening). The house was perfect and had everything you needed and then...enjoy the pool🏊‍♂️. We hope to return to Casa Callas soon😊

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was super friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. Perfect location and great vibes all around Denia!

Der Ausblick war überragend. Für ein Entspannungsurlaub ist es ein super Ort. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, um sich auch die anderen Stadtteile in der Umgebung anzuschauen. Es war alles sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jane war auch immer unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Résidence très tranquille. .. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine dans un environnement bien entretenu. L'appartement est au top. Nous recommandons vivement !!!!

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

Fantastic and accommodating hosts. Very knowledgeable about where to eat out if not using the facilities within the apartment. Explained to us about the enter and exit process along with the gated secure access. Lovely pool area to chill and relax, and the gardens looked very well maintained. This is a very spacious apartment with a large balcony which is a bonus.

Квартира находится в очень удобном месте - в пешей доступности магазины , рестораны, кафе и конечно , пляж - это самое главное и он шикарен . В квартире есть все необходимое - постельное белье , много полотенец, запасные подушки , одеяла , пледы. Есть много посуды для приготовления пищи. Микроволновка и стиральная машина . Квартира очень теплая , солнечная. Все просто идеально . Хозяйка очень отзывчивый человек , по первому требования все пожелания были выполнены ! Мы остались очень довольны , жили в квартире 5 месяцев !!!

Sitio tranquilo y silencioso, a la vez en el centro del pueblo y cercano al monte. La casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como si estuvieras en casa. El patio y las 2 salitas muy cómodas para jugar las niñas. Bien acondicionada con estufas, aire acondicionado, lavadora, barbacoa... Todo muy limpio y las camas cómodas. Aunque no llegamos a conocer a Amparo, ha sido muy amable y se ha mostrado dispuesta a resolver todas nuestras dudas.

un fin de semana perfecto, el alojamiento es lo que buscaba,tranquilo y privacidad. teniendo muy cerca todo lo necesario para ir a la playa,restaurantes,ocio ,etc. Fernando es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. recomendando totalmente para ir a disfrutar y desconectar a la cabaña.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

A beautiful home, stunning location and lovely host. The villa offered everything we needed for a holiday away with our 3 year old. The local shop and cafe had pretty much everything you needed. The pool maintenance and gardener popped by to ensure everything was kept up to standard. I wish we knew the mosquitoes repellent plugs and zapper were available though... that would have saved some bites on the first night. Otherwise there was everything you could have hoped for there! Wonderful!

Hemos estado muy agusto. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del pueblo y los alrededores son una maravilla. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax total. María ha estado muy atenta a nuestras necesidades.

Es ist eine nette kleine Unterkunft am Rande von Dénia. Man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto beim nächsten Lidl und consum, aber auch noch ein Stück später am Hafen. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit und steil. Aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe am Haus, kein Verkehr und auch eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Das Grundstück ist groß, so dass sich die kleinen austoben können. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind auch einwandfrei. Unschlagbar ist die Aufteilung. Es gibt eine Hauptwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Nebenwohnung die ebenfalls über ein separates Bad verfügt. Einfach genial. Für uns war es prima! In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ggf sogar Schachteln, um übriges Essen aufzubewahren. Brauchten wir nicht, war aber vorhanden und das war klasse. Viele Töpfe und Pfannen. Eines war nicht ganz so gut, aber nicht schlimm. Nur ein Messer war scharf. Zum schneiden von Tomaten etwas ungeschickt aber dafür hab ich dann die Steakmesser genutzt. :) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Great last minute stay in Benidorm, Ambrose was very responsive and a great help. A bit of a walk to the beach and main bar/restaurant area. Apart from that, a flawlessly clean apartment with everything you need.

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

El apartamento estaba perfecto, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias, no le pudimos encontrar ninguna pega. Yamilka responde bastante rápido, y nos dejó salir un poco más tarde del apartamento con la condición de avisar con antelación, lo que nos facilitó bastante las cosas. La urbanización es muy bonita y tranquila, lo único es que está a un ratillo de la playa andando, pero tampoco es un problema, son 10 minutos. Hemos tenido unas vacaciones geniales!!

La vivienda se encuentra cerca de la playa, comercios y bares. El piso es muy luminoso y cómodo... Ideal para pasar una estancia estupenda! Hugo ha estado atento en todo momento para lo que podíamos necesitar. Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima ;-)

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment and liked the area as well. Was perfect for our family of four with young children. Walkable down to the beach, restaurants nearby and lots of amenities in the complex. Maria that gave us our keys was very friendly and accommodating. The fridge was stocked with breakfast/lunch items for the entirely family throughout the week. Loved that, especially arriving late Saturday.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

Trotz anfänglicher Schwierigkeiten sich zu verständigen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und alles wurde uns genau gezeigt. Eigener Stellplatz innerhalb der Anlage. Mit dem Fahrstuhl in die 6. Etage und den Flur hinunter. Hinter der soliden Holztür die kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Seife, Klopapier, Gewürze und Öl waren sogar da. Genug Handtücher für eine Woche und ein Smart-TV für Netflix und Co in der eigenen Sprache. Das Bett war bequem und groß genug für zwei. Die Couch haben wir auch nur als solche und nicht als Schlafplatz genutzt. Der Balkon ist geschlossen und somit eher ein kleiner Extraraum. Alles super sauber und einfach gehalten. Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. In ca. 5-10 min ist man am Strand und der Promenade, in weiteren 20 min sogar am Hafen von Xavia. Hinter der Wohnanlage ist ein Park, um schnell eine Runde mit dem Hund zu gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
