Very nice house close perfect to enjoy with family. We had a problem with the water heater that made us leave earlier that thought but Carlo was very helpful and send someone immediately to fix it. Totally recommend it

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Komfortowe, klimatyzowane mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji,blisko morza,w pobliżu wiele restauracji i sklepów. Bardzo przyjemnie spędzony czas.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het strand is maximaal 15 minuten lopen. Het appartement was schoon en voldeed aan alles. Van te voren geen foto’s van de badkamer gezien maar ook deze was prima. Javier is heel vriendelijk en heeft meerdere keren gevraagd hoe alles ging en of we wat nodig hadden of vragen hadden. Hij had zelfs een flesje wijn voor ons achtergelaten bij aankomst. De sleutel konden we ‘s avonds makkelijk ophalen bij een familielid van Javier. Er is een afgesloten parkeerplaats waar je met de auto kan parkeren. We hadden hier elke dag plek. Wat fijn is aan dit appartement is dat het er rustig is. Je kan de drukte opzoeken als je wilt maar je ook heerlijk terugtrekken tussen de locals. Zeker een aanrader 10/10

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Perfekt gelegen. Morgens frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick, nachmittags auf der Promenade bummeln und die Altstadt genießen. Abend in den Trubel von Benidorm eintauchen. Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Wohnung ist einfach aber perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Ankunft wurde perfekt durchgeführt. Obwohl mitten im Trubel konnten wir gut schlafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung hervorragend 👍 Es ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und die zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken ist sehr nützlich. Großer Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) Ofen Mikrowelle Handtücher.. Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien organisé et conforme à la description. Wat een leuk appartement ! En zo compleet; in de douche toiletspullen, in de keuken de eerste benodigdheden om wat te koken of te bakken of zelfs koffie te zetten. De bedden zijn heerlijk en ontbijt op het balkon is erg leuk. Een uitgebreide uitleg van alles in het appartement en een enorme lijst met aanbevelingen van Rosa. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad en zullen je appartement zeker aanbevelen!
